ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Սիմոնյանը և Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու գլխավոր տնօրեն Ալեքսեյ Մելնիկովը երկաթուղու Մայիսյան-Ջաջուռ հատվածում ծանոթացել են երկաթուղային գծերի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներին: Ոլորտի պատասխանատուներն այցելել են նաև Ջաջուռ-Ղալթախչի կայարան հատված, որտեղ հիմնովին վերականգնվել է երկաթգծի 2 կմ:

Նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ երկաթուղային գծերի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները մեկնարկել են ապրիլին։ Այդ աշխատանքները ներառում են գծերի հողապաստառի վերին շերտի, ինչպես նաև ռելսակոճային վանդակի ամբողջովին նորացում՝ երկաթբետոնե կոճերով փայտյա կոճերի փոխարինմամբ: ՀԿԵ ընկերությունն այս տարի նախատեսում է գնել և տեղադրել 28 հազար երկաթբետոնե կոճեր և 15,3 հազար խորանարդ մետր խճաքար:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2021 թ․ նախատեսվում է հիմնանորոգել 9,5 կմ գիծ: Մասիսի գծային մեքենայացված կայանի անձնակազմն արդեն սկսել է դաշտային աշխատանքները Լոռու մարզում գտնվող Սանահին-Թումանյան վազուրդում: Նախատեսված է վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել նաև Ջաջուռ-Ղալթախչի, Պռոշյան-Եղվարդ և Սևան-Ծովագյուղ հատվածներում:

Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու ենթակառուցվածքների արդիականացման համար 2021 թ․ նախատեսված ներդրումների չափը կազմում է 2 միլիարդ 773 միլիոն դրամ:
