Փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը ԱՄՆ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենին։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակից, ուղերձում նշված է.

«Մեծարգո պարոն Քարտուղար,

Իմ սրտագին շնորհավորանքն եմ հղում Ձեզ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ:

Հուլիսի 4-ը միշտ եղել է ոչ միայն տոն, այլ նաև հիշատակի օր, երբ միլիոնավոր ամերիկացիներ հարգանքի տուրք են մատուցում ազատությանը` ոգեկոչելով ազատության ճանապարհին կատարված զոհաբերությունները: Հենց այս ոգին էր, որ Ամերիկայի ժողովրդին դրդեց համագործակցել այլ ժողովուրդների հետ և սատարել բարեկեցիկ ապագայի նրանց ձգտումները:

Մի քանի ամիս անց Հայաստանը և Միացյալ Նահանգները կնշեն դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 30-ամյակը, և այս համատեքստում ես կցանկանայի իմ գնահատանքն արտահայտնել վերջին երեք տասնամյակների ընթացքում Միացյալ Նահանգների կառավարության կողմից մեր երիտասարդ ժողովրդավարությանը տրամադրված շարունակական աջակցության համար: Ընդհանուր արժեքային համակարգն այն հենքն է, որի վրա խարսխված են մեր հարաբերությունները:

Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները Հայաստանի համար միշտ կարևոր գործընկեր է եղել անվտանգային հարցերում: Որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ` ԱՄՆ-ի հանձնառությունը չափազանց կարևոր է մեզ համար. հատկապես այժմ, երբ մեր առջև դեռևս ծառացած են նախորդ տարի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համատեքստում ուժի կիրառման ծանր հետևանքները:

Ակնկալում ենք, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները նոր ջանքեր կգործադրի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի արդարացի և համապարփակ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ` ելնելով հանրահռչակ սկզբունքներից. այն է ` հավասար իրավունքներ բոլորի համար և ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշում:

Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները դարձավ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից մազապուրծ հարյուր հազարավոր հայերի տունը: Այս առումով, այս տարի ապրիլի 24-ին Նախագահ Բայդենի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը` ի լրումն ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի ավելի վաղ ընդունած բանաձևերի, կծառայի ամբողջ աշխարհում պատմական արդարության ու ճշմարտության հաստատման և ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման գործին:

Համավարակը մեծ վնասներ է պատճառել ամբողջ աշխարհին` ազդելով նաև մեր երկու երկրների վրա: Մենք ողջունում ենք Ձեր վարչակազմի ջանքերը Միացյալ Նահանգներում պատվաստումների արդյունավետ արշավ կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ և Ձեր ներդրումը պատվաստումների համաշխարհային ջանքերում:

Թույլ տվեք մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորել Ձեզ Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ` մաղթելով Ձեզ և բոլոր ամերիկացիներին ուրախ տոն»:
