ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում հուլիսի 14-ին սնանկության գործով կառավարչի որակավորման վկայականներ են հանձնվել որակավորման եռափուլ ստուգումը հաղթահարած յոթ անձի: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունը:

Մինչ վկայականների հանձնման արարողությանն անցնելը՝ արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը կարևորել է անցկացված գործընթացը և նշել, որ ՀՀ կառավարության մոտեցումն է՝ յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտում մասնագիտացման և որակավորման  հիմքում պետք է դրված լինի հատուկ կրթություն ստանալու, որակավորման պատշաճ և օբյեկտիվ գործընթացով անցնելու, այդ գործընթացի հավասարությունը, օբյեկտիվությունն ու հասանելիությունը ապահովելու սկզբունքները։

«Հենց այդ նպատակով 2019 թվականին կատարվեցին օրենսդրական բարեփոխումներ սնանկության ոլորտում, հիմնովին փոխվեց սնանկության կառավարիչների որակավորման կարգը, նախկին ստաժավորման պահանջի փոխարեն ներդրվեց հատուկ ուսուցման մոտեցում, որից հետո նոր հնարավորություն ընձեռնվեց այդ գործընթացով անցած անձանց մասնակցելու որակավորման բարեփոխված ստուգմանը»,- ասել է փոխնախարարն ու ստուգման որակի խոսուն վկայությունը համարել երկու ամիս տևած ուսուցումից հետո շուրջ 30 թեկնածուից ընդամենը յոթի՝ այս փուլ հասնելը։

ԱՆ «Օրենսդրության զարգացման և իրավական հետազոտությունների կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն, սնանկության գործով կառավարիչների որակավորման հանձնաժողովի անդամ Տիգրան Դադունցը շնորհավորել է ներկաներին որակավորման գործընթացը հաջող անցկացնեու կապակցությամբ և վստահություն հայտնել, որ վկայական ստացած անձինք իրենց գիտելիքներով և հետագայում ձեռք բերվող փորձով մեծ ներդրում կունենան ոլորտի զարգացման հարցում։

ԱՆ վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Գասպարյանը ևս շնորհավորել է սնանկության գործով կառավարչի որակավորման վկայականներ ստացած անձանց ու հույս հայտնել, որ ոլորտ մուտք գործող նոր գործընկերները, որոնք ժամանակին սնանկության վարույթներում ներկայացրել են պարտապանների կամ պարտատերերի շահերն ու  բազմաթիվ առիթներով բարձրաձայնել են սնանկության վարույթի, կառավարչի գործառույթների իրականացման հետ կապված խնդիրները, արդեն մուտք գործելով այդ համակարգ, կշտկեն այդ խնդիրները, իսկ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությանը, որպես ոլորտի քաղաքականությունն իրականացնող մարմնի, կներկայացնեն այն ուղղությունները, որտեղ հնարավոր է շարունակել բարեփոխումները։
