ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.

«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, օրեր շարունակ ահազանգ եմ ստանում Շիրակի մարզի տարբեր գյուղերից այն մասին, որ կառավարության կողմից առաջարկված սուբսիդավորվող գարու սերմացուն, որը բավականաչափ մեծ գումար է արժեցել պետության բյուջեի և գյուղացիների վրա, չի ծլել և բերք չի տվել։ Գյուղացիները պնդում են, որ գարին եղել է աշնանացան՝ 180 օր վեգետացիոն շրջանով, սակայն իրենց այդ մասին ոչինչ չեն ասել, և գարնանը գնված և ցանված գարին բերքատվության փուլ մինչ օրս չի մտել։

Այն գյուղացիները, որոնք չեն օգտվել այս ծրագրից և ցանել են իրենց ունեցած կամ մշտական գնվող գարու սերմացուն, ունեն բերք։ Հիմա հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ երաշտը, քամին ու չորությունը չեն ազդել մյուս գարու տեսակի վրա, և արդեն լավ թե վատ բերքը հավաքում են, իսկ այ սուբսիդավորվող գարին, որը բավականին թանկարժեք էր, անգամ գարու հասկ չունի։

Հարցով դիմել են էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն և այնտեղ են պարզել այդ 180 օր վեգետացիոն ժամանակահատվածի մասին և շատ «ցավ ապրելով» մարդկանց ասել են «դե. ի՞նչ արած, այդպես է ստացվել»։

Իսկ վարուցանքի գումարը, իսկ պարտքերը, որոնք կուտակվում են գյուղացու ուսերին, ոչ մեկին էլ չեն հետաքրքրում։ Ինչևէ, ցավոք խնդրին առավել վաղ ծանոթ չեմ եղել, որ կարողանայի գրությամբ բացատրություն պահանջել, բայց ակնկալում եմ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության անդրադարձը այս հարցին և պատասխանատվությունը։

Հարգելի՛ լրագրողներ, հուսով եմ՝ դուք նույնպես հարցը կհանրայնացնեք։

Ստորև տեղադրում եմ երեք լուսանկարներ, որոնցից երկուսը սուբսիդավորվող գարին է ,իսկ դեղինով նշվածը իրենց ունեցած սերմացուի բերքը։ Նաև ասեմ որ երկու լուսանկարներն էլ արված են կողք֊ կողքի արտերում և չունեն կլիմայական որևէ տարբերություն։

Հիշեք նաև, որ Շիրակի մարզում գարին չի կարող հասնել հոկտեմբեր ամսին, ուստի հաշվի առնելով մեր երկրի կլիմայական առանձնահատկությունները՝ նման անգրագետ ու անպատասխանատու գործունեությունը պետք է բացառել»։
