«Ժողովուրդ». Պողպատե մանդատը լրագրողների գլխին է կոտրվում

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո իշխանության եկած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը հենց առաջին օրվանից, կարծես թե, պայքար է մղում լրագրողների դեմ։ Տարբեր օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններից հետո հիմա էլ հերթը հասել է Ազգային ժողովի աշխատանքները լուսաբանող լրագրողների աշխատանքը սահմանափակելուն եւ այլն էլ ինչպես։ Երեկ այդ մասին բարձրաձայնել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը եւ գրություն ուղարկել խորհրդարան` փորձելով հասկանալ, թե ինչ սահմանափակումներ են, ինչու, ինչ հիմնավորմամբ։

Իսկ մինչ այդ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել։ Մասնավորապես, նպատակ է առկա խորհրդարանի առաջին հարկում տարածք հատկացնել, որտեղ լրագրողները կնստեն եւ մոնիտորով կհետեւեն ԱԺ աշխատանքներին։ Այսինքն՝ նպատակ կա այնպես անել, որ լրագրողները խորհրդարանում հնարավորություն չունենան մոտենալ պատգամավորներին, նրանց հարցեր տալ կամ ֆիքսել այնպիսի դրվագներ միջանցքում, դահլիճում, օրինակ՝ ծեծկռտուքներ, որոնք հաճելի չեն լինելու հենց իշխանությունների համար։

Լրագրողական օթյակը փակելու նպատակ կա: Եվ սա անում է ամենաթափանցիկ, ամենաժողովրդավարական, ամենահանդուրժող եւ ամենասիրող իշխանությունը, որ բացում էր ԱԺ ու նախագահականի դարպասները, իսկ հիմա «7 կողպեքով են փակում»:

Նկատենք` անգամ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանության տարիներին լրագրողների աշխատանքը խորհրդարանում սահմանափակված չի եղել, իսկ, օրինակ, 1999 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ի դեպքերի ժամանակ լրագրողները հենց ԱԺ դահլիճում էին նստում եւ աշխատում։ Դրանից հետո երկար տարիներ լրագրողները անարգել աշխատել են, իսկ հիմա խոսքի ազատության մասին ամենաբարձր խոսող իշխանությունները սահմանափակում են լրագրողների աշխատանքը։ Սա վերաբերմունք է, որ պետք է գնահատական ստանա ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի, լրագրողական կազմակերությունների, եվրոպական կառույցների կողմից։ Այսպիսի հանդգնություն երբեք չի եղել. պողպատե մանդատը լրագրողների գլխին է կոտրվում»:
