Շարունակում ենք ընթերցողի ուշադրությանը ներկայացնել ՔՊ-ական մարզպետների, ում ծանոթ-բարեկամները պետական կառավարման համակարգում հարմար կերպով տեղավորվել են՝ վայելելով հեղափոխության քաղցր պտուղները: Այսօր կանդրադառնանք Արմավիրի մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանին:

Մամուլը բազմիցս էր գրել այն մասին, որ Արմավիրի մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը հանդիսանում է Արարատ Միրզոյանի մտերիմը և հենց նրա բարձր հովանու ներքո էլ ստացել է մարզպետի պաշտոնը:

2019-ին թեժ էին կրքերը Նալբանդյան գյուղում: Գյուղապետի թեկնածուներից: Համայնքի ղեկավար Գրիգոր Մկրտչյանը հայտարարում էր, որ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ արդեն ապահովվել է իր դիրքերը` ի դեմս մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթեւոսյանի:

Ինչպես գյուղում էին պատմում, գյուղապետը մարզպետին ներկայացնում է որպես իրենց տան «երեխեն»` ասելով` «մարզպետը մեր տան երեխեն ա եղել»։ Գյուղում պատմում են, որ 88-ի աղետաբեր երկրաշարժից հետո, Մաթեւոսյան ընտանիքը, լինելով աղետի գոտու Ախուրյան համայնքից, տեղափոխվել են Նալբանդյան գյուղ։ Եւ քանի որ Համբարձում Մաթեւոսյանի պապը եւ Գ․ Մկրտչյանի հայրը նախկինում ընկերներ են եղել, երկրաշարժից հետո ապրել են Գրիգորենց տանը եւ ներկայիս մարզպետի հայրը մի որոշ ժամանակ սովորել է գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցում։

Մարզպետ Համբարձում Մաթեւոսյանն խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ պաշտպանում էր «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի համամասնական ցուցակի վերջին թեկնածուին՝ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին, որը «Քաղպայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ է, սակայն կուսակցության ներսում էլ քչերն են ճանաչում․ նա տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի ընկերն է եւ ցուցակ էր ներգրավվել զուտ այն բանի համար, որ ՔՊ նախընտրական ցուցակը չսկսվի եւ չավարտվի «Փաշինյան» ազգանվամբ։
