Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը նախօրեին աշխատանքային այցով Վայոց ձորի մարզում էր: Այցի նպատակն էր տեղում ծանոթանալ Եղեգիս գետի վրա գործող փհէկերին առնչվող հարցերին` մասնավորապես` ջրօգտագործման թույլտվությունների պայմանների կատարմանը, ձկնանցարանների և այլ ենթակառուցվածքների համապատասխանությանը քաղաքաշինական չափորոշիչներին, սահմանված էկոլոգիական թողքի պահպանությանը և գործունեության իրականացման համապատասխանությանը տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորմանը, ինչպես նաև ծանոթանալ ոռոգման նպատակով կատարվող ջրառի խնդիրներին:

Վայոց ձորի մարզպետի, մարզպետարանի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ներկայացուցիչների, Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչության մարզային ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ շրջայցի ընթացքում բացահայտվել են Եղեգիս գետի վրա գտնվող փհէկերի ջրօգտագործման թույլտվություններով ամրագրված ռեժիմների մի շարք առերևույթ խախտումներ․ գետը կանգնած է ակնհայտ բնապահպանական աղետի եզրին, բոլոր խախտումներն արձանագրվել են, կկազմվի համապատասխան արձանագրություն։

Եղեգիս գետի վրա գտնվող փհէկերի ջրօգտագործման թույլտվություններով ամրագրված ռեժիմների և դրանց հնարավոր փոփոխության ուսումնասիրության, ինչպես նաև փհէկերի գործունեությունը կանոնակարգող անհրաժեշտ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթի նախագծի ներկայացման նպատակով Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի հրամանով ձևավորված միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային հանձնաժողովի կողմից խնդիրների վերհանման և դրանց լուծման տեմպը նախարարը գոհացուցիչ չի համարել։

Արդեն այսօր նախարար Պետրոսյանն այցի վերաբերյալ խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության մասնագիտական ստորաբաժանումների հետ, հնչեցրել մի շարք խիստ գնահատականներ և տվել հանձնարարականներ։

Նախարարը հանձնարարել է ուսումնասիրել՝ արդյոք Եղեգիս գետի վրա գործող Փհէկ-երի գործունեությունն իրականացվում է ՇՄԱԳ փորձաքննության ենթարկված նախագծային փաստաթղթերի և փորձաքննական եզրակացության պահանջներին համապատասխան, շեղումներ և անհամապատասխանություններ հայտնաբելու դեպքում տալ իրավական ընթացք՝ ընդհուպ մինչև ՀՀ Կառավարության 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ի ՀՀ կառավարության N 428-Ն փորձաքննական եզրակացությունն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու կարգը սահմանելու մասին որոշմամբ սահմանված ՇՄԱԳ Փորձաքննական եզրակացությունն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել, խստացնել օրենսդրության պահանջները՝ ջրառի, ջրամատակարարման և ջրօգտագործման կանոնները։

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված Միջգերատեսչական խմբի անդամներին հանձնարարվեց սեղմ ժամկետում մշակել ՀՀ ՓՀԷԿ-երի գործունեություն կանոնակարգող անհրաժեշտ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթի նախագծի մշակումն ու ներկայացումը։
