ԻՔՄ համակարգող, Հանրային խորհրդի անդամ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում չեն կարողացել պարզեն, թե օգոստոսի 25-ին պատգամավորներն իրար ծեծում էին, թե «հարվածի նմանվող շարժումներ» էին անում:
Եվ սա հումոր չէ: Ամենայն լրջությամբ քննիչը շարադրել է, թե ինչպես են ՔՊ-ի պատգամավորները ընդդիմադիրների արարքներից «բացասական հուզական» ապրումներ ունեցել ու սկսել ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածների նմանվորղ շարժումներ անել (իսկ որոնք էլ դիպչել են ընդդիմադիրներին՝ ցավ չեն պատճառել):
Էպիկն այն է, որ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորներ Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը, Հայկ Ցիրունյանը, Նարեկ Գրիգորյանը, Նարեկ Բաբայանը, Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը, Վահե Ղալումյանը և այլոք քննիչի մոտ գրել են, որ եթե նույնիսկ հարվածի նմանվող իրենց շարժումները դիպչել են Իշխան Սաղաթելյանին, Վահե Հակոբյանին, Արթուր Ղազինյանին ու Աղվան Վարդանյանին, ապա դրանք եղել են շատ թույլ ու չէին կարող ֆիզիկական ցավ առաջացնել:
Այո՛, հարգելի հանրություն, մեզ բոլորիս թվացել է, թե ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները ծեծում էին ընդդիմադիրներին: Իրականում, պարզապես հարվածի նմանվող շարժումներով շոյում էին:
Ամենաէպիկն այն է, որ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը քննիչին հայտնել է, որ չի կարողացել անվտանգության աշխատակիցներին ներս կանչի, դա արել է մի քանի միջնորդով ու դրա համար դա տևել է 54 վարկյան: Այսինքն, կադրերում 28-րդ վարկյանում դահլիճ մտած անվտանգության աշխատակիցներին ոչ թե դուրս են հրավիրում, այլ «դուրս հրավիրելու նմանվող շարժում» են անում... Իսկ դե իրականում այդ աշխատակիցներին կանչում էին ներս, բայց աղմուկ էր, այդ աշխատակիցները հրահանգը սխալ հասկացան:
Իրականում, գործի հարուցումը մերժվել է, քանի որ թե՛ ՔՊ և թե՛ «Հայաստան» խմբակցություններում վխտում են լատենտ քրեական ենթամշակույթով պատգամավորները, որոնք որոշել են դատաբժշկի չդիմել, չբողոքել և չհայտնել եղելությունը: Բայց նաև ակնհայտ է քննիչի կողմից բոլոր ջանքերի գործադրումը՝ գործը չհարուցելու ուղղությամբ»:
