ՄԱԿ-ը հայտնել է, որ վերջին տասը տարիների ընթացքում Սիրիայում ավելի քան 350 հազար մարդ է զոհվել

2011 թվականի մարտից մինչեւ 2021 թվականի մարտը Սիրիայում հակամարտության ընթացքում ավելի քան 350 հազար մարդ է զոհվել: Այս մասին ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի նստաշրջանին զեկույցով է հանդես եկել ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն հանձնակատար Միշել Բաչելետը:

«Մենք կազմել ենք 2011 թվականի մարտից մինչեւ 2021 թվականի մարտը Սիրիայում հակամարտության ընթացքում զոհված 350.209 սպանված անձանց ցուցակ», - նշել է Բաչելետը:

Ըստ գերագույն հանձնակատարի՝ ցանկում ներառված է 26.727 կին եւ 27.126 երեխա: Հաղորդված զոհերի ամենամեծ թիվը Հալեպի նահանգում է` 51.731: Հաջորդում են Դամասկոսի (47.483), Հոմսի (40.986), Իդլիբի (33.271), Համայի (31.993) եւ Տարտուսի (31.369) գյուղական շրջանները:

Ինչպես պարզաբանել է գերագույն հանձնակատարը, խոսքը «նվազագույն ստուգելի թվի մասին է», իսկ զոհերի իրական թիվն անշուշտ ավելի մեծ է:

Բաչելետը հայտնել է, որ սկսել են վերլուծել մարդկանց մահվան պատճառների, ինչպես նաեւ քաղաքացիական կամ այլ կարգավիճակի մասին տեղեկությունները: «Վերլուծությունը չափազանց կարեւոր է, եւ մեզ ավելի շատ ժամանակ եւ միջոցներ են պետք այս բարդ աշխատանքը շարունակելու համար», - եզրափակել է նա:
