«Ժողովուրդ». ՀՀ-ի կողմից ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի ընդամենը երկու հայց է ներկայացվել

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. 44-օրյա պատերազմից մեկ տարի անց միջազգային դատարաններում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի ընդամենը երկու միջպետական հայց է ներկայացրել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ դրանցից առաջինը, որ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանին 2021թ.-ի փետրվարի 1-ին է հասցեագրվել, պատերազմի հետեւանքով «Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիաների» խախտումներին է վերաբերում:

Վերոնշյալ կոնվենցիան երաշխավորում է կյանքի, անձնական եւ ընտանեկան կյանքը հարգելու, խոսքի ազատության, մտքի, խղճի եւ կրոնի ազատության, սեփականության պաշտպանության իրավունքները: Այն արգելում է, խոշտանգումները, անմարդկային կամ նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքը կամ պատիժը, հարկադիր աշխատանքը, կամայական ու ապօրինի ազատազրկումը եւ այլն:

«Երկրորդը հայցադիմումը բոլորովին վերջերս՝ սեպտեմբերի 9-ին, Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարան (ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարան) է ներկայացվել: Այն ռասսայական խտրականության ու մարդկանց՝ պատերազմի հետեւանքով կրած զրկանքներին է վերաբերում»,- «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՄԻԵԴ-ում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը:

Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ երկու հայցով էլ վարույթներ են ընթանում: Ի տարբերություն պետության կողմից ՄԻԵԴ-ին հասեագրված դիմումների՝ բավականին մեծ թիվ են կազմում հասարակական տարբեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից Եվրադատարանին ուղղված նամակները:

Հոկտեմբերի 1-ին Արցախի Մարտունի քաղաքում ադրբեջանական կրակից վիրավորում ստացած լրագրողների դեպքի առթիվ, օրինակ, ՄԻԵԴ բրիտանական «Մեդիա դիֆենս» իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունն է դիմում ներկայացրել՝ «Ինֆորմացիայի ազատության կենտրոնի» հետ համատեղ։ Այլ կերպ ասած, պատերազմական հանցագործությունները կքննվեն միջազգային ատյաններում»:
