ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ից շրջանառության մեջ է դնում «Անկախ Պետությունների Համագործակցության 30-ամյակ» արծաթե հուշադրամը:

Անկախ Պետությունների Համագործակցությունը (ԱՊՀ) միջպետական միավորում է, որը հիմնադրվել է 1991 թ. դեկտեմբերի 8-ին՝ Բելառուսի, Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարների կողմից ԱՊՀ ստեղծման մասին Համաձայնագրի ստորագրմամբ: Համաձայնագրով հիմնվելով ժողովուրդների պատմական միասնության և նրանց միջև կապերի վրա, հաշվի առնելով պետությունների մտադրությունը՝ զարգացնելու իրենց հարաբերությունները պետական ինքնիշխանության փոխադարձ ճանաչման և հարգանքի հիման վրա, կողմերը պայմանավորվեցին ԱՊՀ կազմավորման շուրջ:

Ներկայում ԱՊՀ անդամներն ինը պետություններ են, որոնց համատեղ գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններն են տնտեսական ինտեգրումը, հումանիտար, քաղաքական, իրավական և անվտանգության մարմինների ոլորտային համագործակցությունը, միասնական տեղեկատվության հարթակի ձևավորումը:

ԱՊՀ-ն հիմնված է անդամ պետությունների ինքնիշխանության հավասարության սկզբունքների վրա և ծառայում է այդ երկրների միջև բարեկամության, բարիդրացիության, ազգամիջյան ներդաշնակության, վստահության, փոխըմբռնման և փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը:
