Վրաստանում ամենախոշոր ընդդիմադիր «Միասնական ազգային շարժում» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներն այս րոպեներին հավաքվում են կենտրոնական գրասենյակում քննարկելու իրենց առաջնորդ, Վրաստանի երրորդ նախագահ Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլիին ձերբակալելուց հետո հետագա գործողությունները:

Ուրբաթ Վրաստանի վարչապետը հայտնել է Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլիին բերման ենթարկելու մասին, որն ուրբաթ առավոտյան սոցիալական ցանցերում հայտնել էր հայրենիք ժամանելու մասին: Բերման ենթարկելու մանրամասները չեն հաղորդվում: ԶԼՄ-ների տեղեկություններով՝ Սաակաշվիլին բերման է ենթարկվել Թբիլիսիում, հաղորդում է «Sputnik- Գրուզիա»-ն:

Սաակաշվիլին արել է իր ուժերի սահմանում ամեն ինչ: Ցանկանում եմ կոչ անել ձեզ, հանրությանը, այժմ ձեր հերթն է: Վաղը դուք պետք է գնաք ընտրություններին եւ հաստատեք ձեր դիրքորոշումը: Ուրիշ ծրագրեր մենք չունենք: Վաղը մենք կազատենք երկիրն ու կիրակի հրավիրում ենք բոլորին տոնել մեր հաղթանակը»,-ասել է կուսակցության առաջնորդներից մեկը՝ Լեւան Խաբեիշվիլին:

Ուրբաթ առավոտյան Սաակաշվիլին տեսաուղերձ էր տարածել, որում ասում էր, որ, իբրեւ, գտնվում է Բաթումում: «Միասնական ազգային շարժում» կուսակցությունից նրա կողմնակիցները հաստատել են այդ տեղեկատվությունը: Վրաստանի իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, որ դա ֆեյք է եւ Սաակաշվիլին Վրաստանում չէ: Իսկ Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ից հայտնել են, որ նախկին նախագահը պաշտոնապես չի հատել Վրաստանի սահմանը, ինչպես նաեւ չի հեռացել Ուկրաինայից:

Ավելի վաղ Սաակաշվիլին հայտարարել էր հոկտեմբերին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից առաջ հայրենիք վերադառնալու մտադրության մասին: Վրաստանում նրա նկատմամբ ներպետական հետախուզում է հայտարարվել մի քանի քրեական գործերի շրջանակում: Վրացական իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարել են, որ բերման կենթարկեն նրան սահմանը հատելուն պես:

Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլին զբաղեցրել է Վրաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնը երկու ժամկետ անընդմեջ: Նա հեռացել էր Վրաստանից 2013 թվականի նոյեմբերին եւ առ այսօր չէր վերադարձել հայրենիք՝ չնայած բազմիցս խոստացել էր անել դա: 2015 թվականին նա զրկվել էր Վրաստանի քաղաքացիությունից եւ արդեն ավելի քան վեց տարի համարվում է Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացի:
