«Կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը պետք է արձագանքի իջևանցիների անհանգստությանը: Բանն այն է, որ լսելով Շուշիի հետ տեղի ունեցածի բացատրությունը՝ իջևանցիները միմյանց հարց են տալիս՝ եթե Շուշիում այդքան թանգարաններ, շենքեր, եկեղեցիներ,  ուսումնարաններ ու հուշարձաններ են կառուցվել, բայց արժանացավ այս ճակատագրին, ապա ի՞նչ է սպասվում Իջևանին, որտեղ Շուշիի համեմատ ոչինչ չի կառուցվել»,- կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամին հարցրեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանը:

«Միաժամանակ կարծում եմ, որ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը պետք է արձագանքի Իջևան քաղաքի բնակիչների անհանգստությանը։ Բանն այն է, որ լսելով Շուշիի հետ տեղի ունեցածից մասին բացատրությունը, իջևանցիները իրենց հարց են տալիս, եթե Շուշին, որտեղ այդքան թանգարաններ, ուսումնարաններ, շենքեր, եկեղեցիներ են կառուցվել, արժանացավ այս ճակատագրին, ապա ինչ է սպասվում Իջևանին, որտեղ Շուշիի համեմատ ոչինչ չի կառուցվել»։

Հարցին ի պատասխան Դումանյանը նշեց, որ 1992թ-ից մինչև մեր օրերը Շուշիում կառուցված շինությունների թվային նկարագրի մասին հարցը ներկայացնեն գրավոր։

«Իսկ թե ինչ է սպասվում Իջևանին, ապա Իջևանին սպասվում է փայլուն ապագա։

Ձեր հարցը ձևով է հարց, բովանդակությամբ այլ բան է։ Շուշիում կառուցված շինությունների մասին ես ավելի քիչ չեմ տիրապետում քան Դուք, եթե  ցանկություն ունեք հրապարակելու հրապարակեք, մենք գրավոր կպատասխանենք։ Դժգույնի մասով չեմ կիսում այդ տեսակետը, որևէ դժգույն ապագա չի սպասվում ՀՀ որևիցե քաղաքին, գյուղին, մասնավորապես Իջևանին»։
