«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել.

««Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը, ինչպես և հայտարարել էր, համայնքների խոշորացման վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական փաթեթը վիճարկել է Սահմանադրական դատարանում: 

Հատկանշական է, որ մշտապես իր լիազորություններից գանգատվող Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն ունենալով Սահմանադրության պահպանմանը հետևելու սահմանադրական պարտականություն, այն պայմաններում, երբ օրենսդրական փաթեթը հակասելով միայն վերջերս հենց Սահմանադրական դատարանի ընդունած որոշման պահանջներին, խախտելով թվով 441 համայնքների լսվելու իրավունքը՝ չդիմեց Սահմանադրական դատարան, պարզապես սահմանափակվեց իշխանական որոշ ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպումներով:

«Հայաստան» խմբակցության  կողմից, հաշվի առնելով հարցի հրատապությունը՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանին նաև միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել անհապաղ կասեցնել այս օրենսդրական փաթեթի գործողությունը:
