ՊՇՌ թեստ չեն ներկայացնի կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդացածները՝ 90 օրվա ընթացքում

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբեր 8-ի թիվ 78-Ն հրամանով փոփոխություններ են կատարվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարի 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 4-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) տարածման կանխարգելման նպատակով կիրառվող ՍԿ N 3.1.2-001-20 սանիտարական կանոնները հաստատելու մասին» թիվ 17-Ն հրամանում։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է առողջապահության նախարարությունը:

Հրամանով սահմանվել է՝ աշխատող է հանդիսանում աշխատանքային պայմանագրով, անհատական իրավական ակտի հիման վրա, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիական իրավական պայմանագրով աշխատանք կատարող (ծառայություններ մատուցող) գործունակ ֆիզիկական անձը։

Փոփոխությունների համաձայն՝ ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատ չեն ներկայացնում ինչպես ամբողջական պատվաստված, մեկ դեղաչափ պատվաստված, փաստագրված բացարձակ հակացուցում ունեցող աշխատողները և հղիները, այնպես էլ մինչև 18 տարեկան աշխատողները և նախկինում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ (COVID-19) հիվանդացած աշխատողները՝ ՊՇՌ հետազոտության առաջին դրական արդյունքից հաշված 90 օրվա ընթացքում: 90 օրը հաշվարկվում է հիվանդության ախտորոշման համար հիմք հանդիսացած առաջին դրական ՊՇՌ հետազոտության արդյունքի օրվանից։ Եթե անձը հիվանդացել է COVID-19-ով ոչ առաջին անգամ, ապա 90 օրը հաշվարկվում է հիվանդության վերջին ախտորոշման համար հիմք հանդիսացող առաջին դրական ՊՇՌ հետազոտության արդյունքի օրվանից։

Միաժամանակ, հեռավար եղանակով աշխատողը յուրաքանչյուր անգամ աշխատավայր ներկայանալիս ներկայացնում է ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատ, եթե նախորդը ներկայացնելու պահից անցել է 14 օր։

Հաստատված պահանջներն ուժի մեջ են մտնում 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ից։

Նշենք, որ նոյեմբերի 1-ից կոնկրետ պատվաստանյութի համար դեղաչափերի միջև սահմանված ինտերվալի առավելագույն ժամկետից ավելի ժամանակահատվածի դեպքում երկրորդ դեղաչափը չստացած և բացարձակ հակացուցում չունեցող աշխատողները պետք է ներկայացնեն ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատ։
