Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան ներկայացվել է ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման վերաբերյալ առաջին հայցադիմումը, որն ընդունվել է վարույթ:

«Համաձայն վերջինիս՝ իրավասու մարմինը պահանջ է ներկայացրել դատարանին Սերոբ Ռազմիկի Հարությունյանից  և Անուշ Արարատի Անտոնյանից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել՝

Երևան քաղաքի Հյուսիսային պողոտայում գտնվող բնակարանը, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ բռնագանձել գույքի միջին շուկայական արժեքը՝ 187.250.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

Երևան քաղաքի Հյուսիսային պողոտայում գտնվող ավտոկայանատեղին, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ բռնագանձել գույքի միջին շուկայական արժեքը՝ 6.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

Երևան քաղաքի Հյուսիսային պողոտայում գտնվող ավտոկայանատեղիի 97.6 տոկոսը, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ բռնագանձել գույքի միջին շուկայական արժեքը՝ 5.880.400 ՀՀ դրամ»,- նշված է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Նաև, Սերոբ Ռազմիկի Հարությունյանից բռնագանձել՝

Երևան քաղաքի Չեխովի փողոցում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի վարձակալությունից ստացված գումար՝ 8.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

«BMW X6 3.5 I» ավտոմեքենայի օտարման և «PORSCHE PANAMERA S 4.8» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ձեռքբերման արժեքների տարբերություն՝ 1.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

«BMW X6 XDRIVE 3.5 I» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող մասի օտարման արժեք՝ 990.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

«Օրանժ գազ» ՍՊ ընկերության բաժնեմասի օտարման արժեքի 50 տոկոսը՝ 215.707.500 ՀՀ դրամ,

14.361.672 ՀՀ դրամ, որը չի հիմնավորվում անձի օրինական եկամուտներով:  

Հարություն Սերոբի Հարությունյանից, որպես Սերոբ Ռազմիկի Հարությունյանին պատկանող գույքեր բռնագանձել՝

Երևան քաղաքի Չեխովի փողոցում գտնվող անշարժ գույքի 40 տոկոսը, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ բռնագանձել գույքի միջին շուկայական արժեքը՝ 34.700.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

 «PORSCHE PANAMERA S 4.8» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ բռնագանձել գույքի միջին շուկայական արժեքը՝ 11.250.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Առաջիկայում վարչության կողմից այլ գործերով, որոնցով արդեն իսկ կիրառվել են հայցի նախնական ապահովման միջոցներ, ևս կներկայացվեն ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման հայցադիմումներ։
