«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Տարեսկզբին՝ պատերազմից հետո, ֆեյսբուքյան սոցցանցում իր գրառումներով հայտնի Տարոն Չախոյանի՝ վարչապետի աշխատակազմում աշխատանքի անցնելը շատերին զարմացրեց, բայց շատ քչերը փորձեցին պարզել, թե իրականում ինչով է կառավարությունում զբաղվելու մասնագիտությամբ ծրագրավորող, իր գրառումներով հայտնի Չախոյանը։

Կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ Չախոյանը համակարգում է իշխանության ողջ ինֆորմացիոն բլոկը (հեռուստատեսություններ, լրատվամիջոցներ, կայքեր, թերթեր, ՊՈԱԿ եւ պետական ինստիտուտներ)։ Պատահական չէր, որ պատերազմից հետո երկրում ստեղծված ծանր ներքաղաքական պայմաններում «ֆեյքապետ» վանկարկումով հայտնի Տարոն Չախոյանն աշխատանքի անցավ հենց վարչապետի աշխատակազմում, ում առջեւ, մեր աղբյուրի հավաստմամբ, խնդիր էր դրվել ինֆորմացիոն բլոկի կառավարմամբ շտկել ի օգուտ իշխանության ներքաղաքական ծանր իրավիճակը, իսկ այդ օրերին շատերը կհիշեն, որ փողոց դուրս եկած ընդդիմությունը տուն չէր գնում, պարալիզացրել էր Երեւանի մի շարք փողոցներ՝ անզիջում պահանջելով Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը։

Հետագայում Չախոյանը համակարգում էր նաեւ ԱԺ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի ողջ ինֆորմացիոն բլոկը, ու, կարծես թե, դա հաջողվեց վերջինիս։

Ի դեպ, ըստ մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների՝ հենց Չախոյանի անվան հետ են կապված բազմաթիվ՝ բազմահազար հետեւորդներ ունեցող ֆեյսբուքյան էջեր ու էլեկտրոնային կայքեր, սակայն վերջինս հնարավորինս գաղտնի է պահում այս ինֆորմացիան, ու երևի թե հենց սրա համար են շատերը նրան անվանում «ֆեյքապետ»՝ չհասկանալով, թե ինչպես է վերջինս գործում։ Սոցցանցերում ինֆորմացիայի տարածման հարցում Չախոյանին օգնում է վերջինիս տեխնիկական կրթությունը՝ ալգորիթմները վերամշակելու կարողությունը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ հենց Տարոն Չախոյանն է համակարգում հայտնի «ֆեյքերի» ՊՈԱԿ-ն ու անգամ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության՝ Հ1-ի աշխատանքը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է մեր աղբյուրը, իշխանական պրոպագանդայի համակարգման հարցում Չախոյանի գործողություններում շատ մութ անկյուններ կան, որոնց մասին տեղյակ է միայն մեկ մարդ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, եւ բնույթով «անկառավարելի» Չախոյանը միայն Փաշինյանին է ներկայացնում իր անելիքները։

Թերեւս Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը՝ ի դեմս Տարոն Չախոյանի, ստեղծեց նոր գորշ կարդինալ, ում գործառույթները շատերի համար մութ են մնում»:
