ՀՅԴ Երիտասարդականը մեկնարկում է Համահայկական երիտասարդական դիմադրություն: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Երիտասարդական գրասենյակը, որտեղ ասվում է.

«Հաշվի առնելով, հայկական պետության կործանման վտանգը ու Արցախի եւ Սյունիքի կորուստը կասեցնելու հրամայականը՝ ՀՅԴ Երիտասարդականի համաշխարհային ընտանիքը դիմում է համազգային դիմադրության, որը հետեւողական պայքարի շնորհիվ առաջացնելու է երկար սպասված արժեհամակարգային հեղափոխությունը։

Նկատի ունենալով,

• թուրք-ադրբեջանական պանթուրանական քաղաքականությունը, որ միտում ունի մեկընդմիշտ տարածաշրջանի քարտեզից ջնջելու Արցախի ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունները,
• ՀՀ ապազգային, դավադիր իշխանությունների ընթացքը, որն առաջնորդվում է միակողմանի զիջումներով՝ կարծեցյալ խաղաղության հասնելու քաղաքականությամբ,
• Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքաղաքական փակուղին եւ այն իրականությունը, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում ընդդիմության ծավալած գործունեության կողքին անհրաժեշտ է դիմել բազմաճակատ պայքարի՝

ՀՅԴ Երիտասարդությունը որոշել է չհարմարվել այս իրականությանը, այլ՝ մեկնարկել համազգային երիտասարդական դիմադրության շարժում՝ պայքարի հինգ հիմնական ճակատներով․

1. Ամենուրեք թափ հաղորդել հակաթուրք եւ հակաադրբեջանական պայքարին,
2. Գերտերություններին հասցնել այն պատգամը, որ իրենց ծրագրերը չեն կարող իրականացնել Հայաստանի եւ հայության ազգային-պետական շահերի հաշվին,
3. Կտրուկ քայլերով մերժել ՀՀ իշխանությունների պառակտող ու պետականակործան քաղաքականությունը,
4. Պայքարել Արցախը հայաթափելու, այն ՀՀ-ից ու Սփյուռքից անջատելու ադրբեջանա-թուրքական փորձերի եւ Սյունիքից արտագաղթի հոսանքի դեմ․ ՀՅԴ Երիտասարդականի կազմակերպած «Արցախի վերականգման ու զարգացման» եւ «Դեպի Սյունիք» ծրագրերը այս աշխատանքի լավագույն ապացույցներն են,
5. Ներազգային ճակատում համախմբել, կազմակերպել հայ երիտասարդությանը՝ ստեղծելով դիմադրության ցանցային կորիզներ։

Սիրելի՛ երիտասարդներ,

Կոչ ենք ուղղում բոլորիդ՝ միանալ այս շարժմանը այս ճակատագրական օրերին, բոլորս՝ իրավունք չունենք մատնվելու հանցավոր անգործության։ Զարթոնքի եւ ազգային անկումը վերելքի վերածելու պահը հիմա՛ է»։
