Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։ Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝  նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած վրաերթի փաստով:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է՝ Suzuki-ին վարել է Երևանի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Աննա Գ.-ն, ով վրաերթի էր ենթարկել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, 47-ամյա Արթուր Մ.-ին, որից հետո բախվել Արթուր Մ.-ի կողմից վարած, սակայն այդ պահին ճանապարհի դիտահորերի վերանորոգման համար  կայանված ГАЗ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, իսկ հետո Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ, 44-ամյա Սամվել Հ.-ին պատկանող, սակայն ճանապահի թույլատրելի  հատվածում կայանված Toyota մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, ապա առաջ ընթանալով, բախվել Երևանի բնակիչ, անհատ ձեռներեց, 28-ամյա Արմեն Ս.-ի կողմից ճանապարհի թույլատրելի հատվածում կայանված Nissan-ին, ապա բախվել ծառին և հայտնվել ճանապարհի մեջտեղում:

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ հարուցված քրեական գործը փոխանցվելու է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաք քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորտային հանցագործությունների քննութան բաժին:

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ վարորդ Աննա Գ.-ն աշխատում է Հայաստանում հայտնի ֆուտբոլային ակումբներից  մեկում՝ որպես գլխավոր հաշվապահ, իսկ մահացածն էլ աշխատում էր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հոկտեմբերի 21-ին վրաերթ-ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում Երևանի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Աննա Գևորգյանը իր վարած Suzuki մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով  Արշակունյաց պողոտայում՝ Կոմիտասի անվան պանթեոնի հարևանությամբ, վրաերթի էր ենթարկել  պողոտայում դիտահորերը փոխող Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակցին, այնուհետև դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց, անցել մայթով  և բախվել ճանապարհի թույլատրելի հատվածում կայանված Toyota Camry և Nissan մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներին:

Վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, օգնել էր վրաերթի ենթարկվածին օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների կողմից նախ տեղում բուժօգնություն ստանալ, ապա վրաերթի ենթարկվածը տեղափոխվել է «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն: Վերջինս ստացել էր 2  ոտքերի բաց կոտրվածք,  վնասվել էր նաև նրա փայծաղը:
