«ԲԱՑԱՌԵԼ ՆԱՀԱՆՋԸ՝  ԱՆԿԱԽ ՈՐԵՎԷ ՀԱՆԳԱՄԱՆՔՆԵՐԻՑ.
Ո՛Չ ՄԻ ՔԱՅԼ ՀԵՏ։
Դիմում եմ հայ սպաներին, զինվորներին և աշխարհազորայիններին։
Հայաստանի գոյությունը վտանգված է։ Այսօր ավելի, քան երբևէ։
Թշնամին ծրագրված կերպով շարունակում է զավթել հայոց հողը, կտրել մեր ճանապարհները, շրջափակել մեր բնակավայրերը, սպանել մեր հայրենակիցներին, ֆիզիկապես ու հոգեբանորեն խոշտանգել մեր գերիներին։ Թուրքն ամեն օր քանդում և ավիրում է մեր սրբությունները, փշրում է մեր խաչքարերը, կործանում մեր եկեղեցիները, ջարդ ու փշուր անում մեր հուշարձաններն ու մեր արյունակիցների գերեզմանները, միջազգային ասպարեզում անպատվում ու նսեմացնում է մեր ազգը։ Ցեղասպանները հոխորտում են եթե ոչ այսօր, ապա վաղը գալ և զավթել Սյունիքը, Սևանն ու Երևանը։
Այս պայմաններում յուրաքանչյուր մարտական դիրքից նահանջը, յուրաքանչյուր բլրի, քարի և թուփի հանձնումը թշնամուն մոտեցնում է նրան իր վաղեմի երազանքին՝ Հայաստանի ոչնչացմանն ու հայ ժողովրդի բնաջնջմանը։
 
Դուք պետք է գիտակցեք, որ հայրենիքի լինել-չլինելը կախված է առաջին հերթին ձեզանից, այլ ոչ թե մայրաքաղաքում տաքուկ աթոռներին նստած բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկներից։ Դու՛ք եք մեր գոյության հիմնական գրավականի՝ ՀԱՅՈՑ ՀՈՂԻ ՄԻԱԿ ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆԸ։
 
Այսուհետ դուք պետք է վճռականորեն որդեգրեք ներկա պայմաններում միակ ճիշտ պաշտպանական ռազմավարությունն ու անձնական դիրքորոշումը՝ «Ո՛Չ ՄԻ ՔԱՅԼ ՀԵՏ»։
Այսօրվանից նահանջ բառը պետք է ամոթ և խայտառակություն լինի ձեզ համար, իսկ զենքը ձեռքին գերի հանձնվելը՝ դավաճանություն։
 
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ու Արցախն անծայրածիր տարածքներ չունեն։ Մեր երկիրը զուրկ է ռազմավարական խորությունից և այլընտրանքային ճանապարհներից։ Գիտակցեք այս պարզ ճշմարտությունը, թեև այն երբեք ձեզ չի ներկայացվել ինչպես հարկն է։ Առավելապես խոսել են բանակցելու և տարածք հանձնելու մասին։ Իսկ այժմ ոչ միայն խոսում են, այլև հանձնում են մեր պապերի, հայրերի և եղբայրների արյամբ պահած Հայաստանի սուրբ հողի այս վերջին բեկորները։ Այնինչ այն, ինչ գրավում է հայատյաց թշնամին, նա անմիջապես վերածում է ռազմական հենադաշտի՝ հաջորդ անխուսափելի հարձակման ու մեր երկրի չեղած խորքերը ցատկելու համար։
 
ՈՒՍՏԻ ԲԱՑԱՌԵՔ ՆԱՀԱՆՋԸ՝ ԱՆԿԱԽ ՈՐԵՎԷ ՀԱՆԳԱՄԱՆՔՆԵՐԻՑ։
