Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի նախկին ղեկավար Վիկտոր Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում  մի քանի լուսանկար է հրապարակել ու գրառում արել.

«Հարգելի երևանցիներ, «շնորհավորում եմ» մեզ Տիգրան Մեծ 53 Անկրկնելի ճարտարապետական հորինվածքով այս լողավազանի կորստյան առիթով...

Իսկ հիմա խոսքս ուղղում եմ ձեզ՝  քաղաքապետարանի ոչ հարգելի  համապատասխան պատասխանատուներ, պաշտոնների հանկարծակի հասած միջակություններ. ո՞նց կարելի էր քանդել այս գեղեցիկ և իր ոճի մեջ օրիգինալ լողավազանը: Լավ, հասկացա՝ ոչ մեկդ նորմալ հայաթ չեք իջել էրեխա ժամանակ ու մեզ բոլորիս հիմա պատժում եք մեր ուրախ մանկության համար, ձեզ ժողովուրդը վստահել ա ՔԱՂԱՔը, որ դուք սենց դիլետանտ ձևով կառավարե՞ք, թե՞ ապականեք մեր ֆանտաստիկ քաղաքը: Դուրս եկեք ձեր սենյակներից, սկսեք շփվել ձեզ ըտեղ գործուղողի՝ ժողովրդի հետ:

Հերիք ա Ձեզ խոտի տեղ դնեն թե՛ համատիրությունները, թե՛ նախագծողները, թե՛ շինարարները ու մատերի վրա  ֆռացնեն: Չեք կարողանում՝ դուրս եկեք գործից. կասկածելի ա ձեր մնալը էտ պաշտոններում,մեկա մի օր, համոզված եղեք, սա Երևանն ա, կպարզվի..., դուրս չեք գալիս՝ մեղքը ձեր վիզը, գոնե էս քանի տարվա մեջ մի հատ պրոֆեսիոնալ մարդ չբերեցիք ձեր կողքը, որ ձեզ հուշեր, որ կոնկրետ էս բակում, եթե ուզում էիք բարեկարգում անեիք, առաջին հերթին էս՝ Քաղաքապետարանին պատկանող բուդկեքը կհանեիք. ինչու դեռ 2018-ին ծանուցել էինք տնօրինողներին, որ ազատեն տարածքները, ու ինչի՞ դեռ ապամոնտաժված չեն, որից հետո համ տեսադաշտը, համ աուրան կփոխվեր էս բակի, ու էտ ազատ տարածքներում փորձեիք բարեկարգում անել, ոչ թե հիմա էլ շատրվանը ապականեք:

Կրակը ընկա՞նք, որ պատմամշակութային արժեքների ցանկի մեջ չէր դա, կամ թաղապետը ըտեղ մի հատ ծանոթ ուներ, որ խնդրելա մի դաշտ լինի, թող էտ բակում էլ չլիներ, այ քեզ բան...

Չեք կարողանում օգնել մարդկանց երկիրը էս վիճակից հանել, գոնե ցույց տվեք, որ Երևանում Տեր կա՛:

Կանգնացրեք էս վանդալիզմը և վերականգնեք դա, թե չէ ձեր մնացած մի քանի տոկոս հեղինակությունն էլ կթաղվի էտ ձեր սիրած բետոնների տակ»։
