Եվրամիության միջազգային երիտասարդական նախագիծը Հայաստանում

Օրերս Նիդերլանդների «Լուսավոր Ապագա» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը երիտասարդների փոխանակման իր հերթական միջազգային նախագիծն իրականացրեց Հայաստանում։ «Վաճառքներ և ձեռնարկատիրություն» խորագրով տասնօրյա երիտասարդական միջազգային նախագիծն իրականացվեց Եվրոպական Միության բարձր հովանու ներքո:
 
Եվրոպայից և հարևան երկրներից Հայաստան ժամանած երիտասարդները հագեցած ու հետաքրքիր ծրագրով կարողացան ստանալ նոր գիտելիքներ, ունենալ փորձի փոխանակում։ Նպատակը ոչ-ֆորմալ մեթոդների կիրառման արդյունքում զարգացնել գիտելիքներն ու փորձը՝ վաճառքի և գործարարության ոլորտում: Ծրագրի ընթացքում մասնակիցները հանդիպումներ ունեցան տարբեր ոլորտներից հատուկ հյուրերի հետ (Guest Speakers)։ IBS Consulting Group-ի տնօրեն, Վաճառքի Դպրոցի հիմնադիր Հայկ Մանասյանը խոսեց խելացի վաճառքների և մարքեթինգային մտածողության մասին start-up բիզնեսներում։ Հայաստանում աութսորսային իր ընկերությունը հիմնած «Majorel Armenia»-ի տնօրեն ավստրալիահայ Գարի Աղաբեկյանը նախագծի մասնակիցների հետ կիսվեց սեփական փորձով՝ մոտիվացնելով նրանց հիմնել սեփական գործ Հայաստանում։ «Ռոսգոստրախ Արմենիա» ապահովագրական ընկերիւթյան անձնակազմի հավաքագրման բաժնի ղեկավար Լուսինե Գևորգյանն ինտերակտիվ մեթոդների միջոցով սովորեցրեց մրցակցային մոտիվացիոն նամակ գրել և ինքնակենսագրական կազմել։ Հատուկ հյուրերի շարքում էր նաև Հայաստանում Նիդերլանդների դեսպան Նիկո Սխերմերսը, ով ներկաների հետ կիսվեց իր մասնագիտական փորձով, խոսեց Հասաստանում և Նիդերլանդներում վաճառքի իրականացման նմանությունների և տարբերությունների մասին:
 
Նիդերլանդներից Հայաստան ժամանած նախագծի թրեյներ Էլիզաեբեթ Բենթոն և ծրագրի ղեկավար Մարիամ Կիրակոսյանը փաստեցին, որ նմանատիպ նախագծերը նպաստում են ոչ միայն գիտելիքների զարգացմանը, այլ նաև լավագույնս են ներկայացնում մեր երկիրը և նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծում մասնակից երիտասարդների համար։
