«Ինչպես անցյալ տարի, պատերազմից երկու օր առաջ, այսօր էլ ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը զգուշացնում է իր քաղաքացիներին, արդեն ոչ միայն Սյունիք, այլև Հայաստան այցելելու լուրջ վտանգների մասին։

ԱՄՆ-ի հետախուզությունը փաստորեն ահազանգում է նոր պատերազմի մասին։ Իսկ ի՞նչ է կատարվում Հայաստանում։ Իմ ունեցած տեղեկություններով, անհանգստացած են միայն Գորիսում, մնացած Հայաստանում հանգիստ է։

Ցանկացած նորմալ պետության նորմալ ղեկավարություն, կհայտարարեր ռազմական դրություն, համընդհանուր զորահավաք, ռազմական ուժեր տեղափոխելով Սյունիք, նախազգուշական հուժկու հարվածներ հասցնելով թշնամուն։ Մեր պարագայում, այս ամենին զուգահեռ, պաշտոնական դիմում ուղարկելով Ռուսաստանին, որպես ռազմավարական դաշնակցի։

Քանի որ այս ամենը չի արվում, ապա հերթական անգամ համոզվում ես, որ շարունակվում է ՀՀ վարչապետ-թուրք-ադրբեջանական դավադրությունը, որն էլ իր հանգուցալուծումը կգտնի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Բրյուսելում նախատեսվող Ալիև-վարչապետիկ հանդիպման արդյունքում»,-գրել է իրավապաշտպանը։
