Հեղափոխությունից հետո Կոտայքում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, երբ ՔՊ-ականների միջև լարվածության և բացահայտ հակասությունների արդյունքում իշխանությունները տանուլ տվեցին ընտրապայքարը, վերջիններիս համար, կարծես թե, դաս չի հանդիսացել:

Այսօր էլ Կոտայքի սցենարը մոտ է կրկնվելու արդեն Արարատի մարզում, որտեղ ակնհայտ կերպով բախում է հասունանում ՔՊ-ական նախկին և ներկա մարզպետների միջև: Վերջիններիս միջև լարվածությունը նոր չէ, մամուլը բազմիցս է անդրադարձել օրինակ նրան, որ Թևոնյանն առանձնապես ջանք չի թափում Վեդիում համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնին առաջադրված Գարիկ Սարգսյանին աջակցելու համար: Թեւոնյանը շարունակում է ի դեմս Գարիկ Սարգսյանի իրեն մրցակից տեսնել, իսկ Սարգսյանը չի կարողանում մարսել, որ իրեն փոխարինել են Թեւոնյանով։

Շաբաթներ առաջ տեղեկություն էր տարածվել, որ Թևոնյանը հրաժարականի դիմում է գրել, սակայն, արդյունքում հետ է կանգնել պաշտոնը թողնելու մտքից: Պատճառներից մեկը նշվում էր իշխանական բուրգի ներսում վերադասավորումների հանգամանքը, ասում են՝ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է Գարիկ Սարգսյանին վերադարձնել մարզ՝ Արարատի մարզպետի պաշտոնին: Սակայն, ինչպես ցույց տվեց ժամանակը՝ Փաշինյանն այս փուլում նախապատվությունը տվեց Թևոնյանին:

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ ՔՊ-ում, չնայած Փաշինյանի հավաստիացումներին, այնուամենայնիվ, շարունակում են ակտիվ թևեր ի հայտ գալ և պայքարել միմյանց դեմ: Պայքարի գլխավոր նպատակն էլ, իհարկե, իշխանությունն է և անձնական բարեկեցությունը, թերևս հպարտ քաղաքացիների համար գումարելիների տեղը փոխելիս՝ գումարը չի փոխվելու...:
