ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից արձագանքել են Ալեն Սիմոնյանի՝ «Լավրովի պլանի» մասին հայտարարությանը

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից մեկնաբանել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ԱԺ խոսնակ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի «Լավրովի պլանի» մասին հայտարարություններին։ Ըստ ռուսական գերատեսչության՝ «Լավրովի պլանը» իրականում գոյություն չունի։

«ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հարգարժան նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը նշված զրույցի ընթացքում, հղում անելով «հայ հանրության այն կարծիքին», թե «եթե ինչ-որ մեկը (Հայաստանում) պատրաստվում էր ինչ-որ բան հանձնել, ապա դա անելու մի քանի տարբերակ կար, այդ թվում՝ Լավրովի պլանը»։ Դժվար է մեկնաբանել մի բան, որը գոյություն չունի իրականում, այլ երևակայության մեջ է։ «Լավրովի պլանը» նույնպես պատկանում է նման երևակայական իրողություններին», - հայտնում են ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ից։

Ռուսական գերատեսչությունից նաև ընդգծել են, որ «հանձնվելու» մասին խոսք չի կարող լինել, քանի որ խոսքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության փուլային կարգավորման մասին է, իսկ ծրագրի վերջին տարբերակը կողմերին են փոխանցել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները 2019 թվականի հունիսին։ Ըստ փաստաթղթի՝ նախատեսվում էր Ադրբեջանին վերադարձ 5 շրջան առաջին փուլում, երկրորդում՝ 2՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի որոշման պարտադիր առնչությամբ»։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է ԼՂ կարգավիճակին, ապա մինչև 2020 թվականի աշունը բանակցային սեղանին դրված առաջարկները բառացիորեն նախատեսում էին հետևյալը. ՄԱԿ-ի կամ ԵԱՀԿ հովանու ներքո, համազգային քվեարկություն, որն արտահայտում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության ազատ կամարտահայտությունը և ունի իրավական պարտավորեցնող բնույթ՝ համաձայն միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի և սկզբունքների»,-հայտնել են Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունից։

«Միևնույն ժամանակ քվեարկության դրված հարցի կամ հարցերի ձևակերպումը ոչնչով չի սահմանափակվելու, և ցանկացած արդյունք հարգվելու է»,- նշել են ԱԳՆ-ում։
