ԱԺ «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունները հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում ասված է․ 

«Հաշվի առնելով տարածված տեղեկությունները՝ հայտնում ենք, որ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի կողմից ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություններին փոխանցվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ փակ հանդիպում անցկացնելու առաջարկություն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռեւս 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերին՝ պատերազմի օրերին, նման ձևաչափով հանդիպումներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ տեղի ունեցել են, որոնք մինչ օրս մանիպուլացվում և խեղաթյուրվում են հենց վերջինիս կողմից։

Այս ժամանակահատվածում, իշխանությունները քանիցս ապացուցել են, որ ժողովրդից գաղտնի իրականացնում են կասկածելի բանակցություններ, առաջ մղելով բացառապես սեփական ապազգային օրակարգը: Բանակցային ցանկացած գործընթաց ինքնին չի հանդիսանում պետական կամ ռազմական գաղտնիք:

Փակ հանդիպման ձևաչափը հայ ժողովրդին առնչվող հարցերի վերաբերյալ առհասարակ անընդունելի է, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ նման ձևաչափով հանդիպման վերաբերյալ նախկինում արդեն իսկ տարածվել է հայտարարություն: Ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունները հայտնել են, որ հանդիպման կմասնակցեն բացառապես բաց, հավասար և ժողովրդի առջև հաշվետու պայմաններում, ինչը մերժվել է, հետևաբար վերահաստատում ենք փակ հանդիպումների՝ ոչ նպատակահարմար լինելու վերաբերյալ մեր դիրքորոշումը»։
