«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Ռուսաստանի նախաձեռնությամբ, երեկ Հայաստանից պատվիրակություն է մեկնել ՌԴ՝ մարդասիրական, մշակութային, կրոնական խնդիրների բարձրաձայնման հետ կապված:

Հայաստանի պատվիրակության մեջ ընդգրկված են հիմնականում ռուսական հանրության կողմից ընկալված մարդիկ: Պատվիրակության կազմում են՝ Երևանի պետական տիկնիկային թատրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Ռուբեն Բաբայանը, ԵՊԲՀ ռեկտոր Արմեն Մուրադյանը, Կ. Ստանիսլավսկու անվան ռուսական դրամատիկական թատրոնի տնօրեն Մարինա Մխիթարյանը և անվանի կինռեժիսոր Հարություն Խաչատրյանը:

Ըստ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների հանդիպումներն անցել են բարեհաջող և արդյունավետ, մասնավորապես մեր պատվիրակությունը կարողացել է տարբեր բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում կարևորել մշակութային պահպանության արդիական խնդրները, պատմական ժառանգության ճշգրիտ պահպանման ու փոխանցման հնարավոր տարբերակները, գերիների առողջական վիճակի մասին ճշգրիտ տեղեկատվության ստանալու ձևաչափը:

Տեղեկացնենք նաև, որ Հայաստանի բանանգնացները մի քանի առանցքային հանդիպումներ են ունեցել Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որտեղ կարևորել են հումանիտարական խնդիրների հրատապ լուծումը և մարդասաիրական արժեքների տարանջատումը քաղաքական հարցերից: Հավելենք, որ հանդիպումների ժամանակ քննարկվել է նաեւ գերիների վերադարձի հարցը:

Նշենք, որ նմատաիպ ձևաչափերը դիվանագիտական ոլորտում խիստ կարևոր է, քանի որ կա հավանակնություն, որ ՀՀ կառավարության գործադրած ջանքերի հետ մեկտեղ հնարավոր է շոշափելի արդյունքներ ակնկալել և կարճ ժամանակահատվածում»:
