Դեկտեմբերի 25-ից 28-ը ՀՅԴ ՆԱՈւՄ անդամ Տիգրան Չանդոյանը և ՀՅԴ ՆԱՈւՄ վարչության անդամ Գևորգ Ղազիլեանը գործուղվել էին Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության Դիարբեքիր քաղաք` մասնակցելու ԺԺԿ (HDP) երիտասարդական երրորդ կոնգրեսին։

Կոնգրեսը տեղի ունեցավ դեկտեմբերի 26-ին, որտեղ ընկ. Տիգրան Չանդոյանը հանդես եկավ ելույթով` ողջունելով մասնակիցներին և հաջողություն մաղթելով կոնգրեսի աշխատանքներին։

Այցի ընթացքում մեր պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպեցին ԺԺԿ ղեկավար անդամների Միդհաթ Սանջարի, Էբրու Գյունայի հետ, կուսակցության երիտթևի ներկայացուցիչների` Էսեմգյուլի Աքթայի հետ, հաստատվեցին կապեր վերջիններիս հետ։ Հանդիպումներ տեղի ունեցան ամբողջ գործուղման ընթացքում, քննարկվեցին մի շարք ընդհանուր հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցեր։

Հանդիպում տեղի ունեցավ նաև Լիբանանի կոմունիստական կուսակցության երիտթևի ներկայացուցիչ Ալի Իսմայիլի հետ։

Կոնգրեսից հետո պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչ ընկերները հանդիպումներ ունեցան Դիարբեքիրի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ծանոթացան համայնքային կյանքին, համայնքի ապագա ծրագրերին, այցելեցին Դիարբեքիրի սուրբ Կիրակոս հայկական եկեղեցի, հարցազրույց անցկացրեցին համայքի ղեկավար անդամների հետ, ծանոթացան քաղաքի հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության հետ։
