«Ժողովուրդ». Ավինյանի համար նոր զբաղմունք են փնտրում

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի համար փորձում են նոր զբաղմունք գտնել։ Արտահերթ ընտրություններից հետո նա գործադիրում եւ օրենսդիրում պաշտոն չստացավ, սակայն իշխանությունները ելքեր են գտնում՝ նրան «յուղոտ» զբաղմունք գտնելու համար:

Կառավարության նախորդ նիստում Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի 15 տոկոս բաժնետոմսերի կառավարումը հանձնվեց ԱՆԻՖ-ին՝ Հայաստանի պետական հետաքրքրությունների ֆոնդին, որի խորհրդի նախագահը հենց Տիգրան Ավինյանն է, եւ նա լինելու է կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը կոմբինատում:

Սրանից զատ Ավինյանը փորձում է մայրաքաղաքի համակարգումը իր ձեռքը վերցել: Չի բացառվում, որ կառավարությունում մի նոր կառույց ստեղծվի, որը կզբաղվի Երեւան քաղաքի հարցերով եւ կղեկավարվի հենց Ավինյանի կողմից, սակայն նախկին փոխվարչապետը ցանկանում է պաշտոն ստանալ նաեւ հենց քաղաքապետարանում՝ քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի խորհրդականի մակարդակով։ Նկատենք, որ չնայած Երեւանում նոր քաղաքապետ կա, բայց փաստացի կառավարում գոյություն չունի:

Ինչո՞ւ. որովհետեւ, բացի այս երկու ֆիգուրներից, քաղաքի կառավարմանը խառնվում է նաեւ ԱԺ ՔՊ պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը` առողջապահական հատվածով: Մյուս կողմից՝ ավագանու ՔՊ խմբակցությունն է փորձում կորցրած դիրքերը քաղաքի կառավարման գործում հետ բերել: Եւ, իհարկե, գլխավոր ֆիգուրը մնում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։

Ստացվում է, որ, Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանից բացի, քաղաքապետի լիազորությունների են ձգտում Տիգրան Ավինյանը, Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, Արսեն Թորոսյանը եւ ՔՊ մեծուփոքր ավագանիները»:
