Ֆրանսիական դատարանը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի թեկնածու Էրիկ Զեմուրին տուգանել է 10 հազար եվրոյով՝ ազատազրկման հնարավորությամբ`  ռասայական հողի վրա ատելություն հրահրելու համար վճարումը չկատարելու դեպքում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Le Monde-ը։

Դատավարությունը սկսվել է CNews հեռուստաալիքի եթերում 2020 թվականին անչափահաս միգրանտների մասին նրա  հայտարարությունների պատճառով։ ֆրանսիացի քաղգործիչը նրանց անվանել է «գողեր, բռնաբարողներ և մարդասպաններ», կոչ արել նրանց հետ ուղարկել հայրենիք և թույլ չտալ անցնել Ֆրանսիայի սահմանը։

Փաստաբան Օլիվյե Պարդոն ասել է, որ քաղաքական գործիչը կբողոքարկի այս որոշումը։ Զեմուրը Twitter-ի իր միկրոբլոգում քննադատել է դատարանի որոշումը՝ այն անվանելով հիմարություն։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Էրիկ Զեմուրը 2021թ. դեկտեմբերին Հայաստան էր եկել եռօրյա այցով։ Զեմուրին հայաստանյան այցում ուղեկցում էր նրա ընկերը՝ Ֆիլիպ դը Վիլիերսը։ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի ընտրությունները կայանալու են 2022թ․ ապրիլին։ Նախագահական ընտրարշավին մասնակցելու մասին Զեմուրը հայտարարել է նոյեմբերին։
