«Պատերազմից հետո Թուրքիան պատմական շանս է ստացել մեր տարածաշրջանում ներկայություն ունենալու համար և այդ պատմական շանսը մենք ենք նրան ընձեռել՝ հայ-թուրքական բանակցությունների պրոցեսով»,- «Հայելի» մամուլի ակումբում հայտարարեց միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Թուրքիան հասկանում է, որ ՌԴ ուշադրությունը որոշակիորեն շեղված է Անդրկովկասից և ինքը կարող է ձգտել մեծացնել իր ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում, ինչը կարող է լինել և՛ քաղաքական, և՛ ռազմական, և՛ տնտեսական ինտերվենցիայի ձևով:

«Այսօր հայ-թուրքական բանակցությունները ընթանում են և, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, արդեն մայիսին շատ հստակ որոշ փաստաթղթեր պետք է լինեն, որոնք կարծում եմ կհրապարակվեն և պայմանավորվածությունները կստանան միս ու արյուն»,- ասաց Սուրեն Սարգսյանը:

Միջազգայնագետի ներկայացմամբ՝ ԱՄՆ վերլուծական կենտրոնների հրապարակած տեղեկություններով ՌԴ-Ուկրաինա բախումը 80-90%-ով տեղի է ունենալու և նկատեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ը նախապատրաստվում է հակընդդեմ գործընթացով պատժամիջոներ կիրառել Ռուսաստանի դեմ՝ անմիջականորեն չմասնակցելով կոնֆլիկտին:

Վերլուծելով բախումների պրակտիկան՝ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը շեշտեց, որ, եթե կոնֆլիկտը երկարաձգվի, ապա Ռուսաստանի դեմ կարող են բացել այլ ճակատներ, որպեսզի ջլատեն դեպի Ուկրաինա կենտրոնացած ՌԴ ուժերը:

«Բնականաբար, ես չեմ բացառում, որ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը կփորձեն ճեղքում անել և Սյունիքի այդ «միջանցքը» վերցնեն»,- ասաց միջազգայնագետը:

Նա չբացառեց, որ նման բախումներ կարող են հրահրվել նաև Ղազախստանում և Աֆղանստանում:

«Ցավոք, ՀՀ իշխանությունները բանակցություններ չեն վարում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ նման իրավիճակում որոշակի երաշխիքներ ստանալու, քանի որ Թուրքիայի վրա ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ միան Միացյալ Նահանգները»,- շեշտեց Սուրեն Սարգսյանը և նման ճնշումների դեպքում հնարավոր համարեց, որ Թուրքիան ներգրավվածություն չունենա միջանցքի բացման հարցում:

Տեղեկացնելով, որ այսօր տեղի է ունենում ՌԴ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումը, որը հաջորդել էր փոխնախարարների հանդիպմանը, իսկ որոշ տեղեկություններով նաև այս հանդիպմանը հաջորդելու է նաև նախագահների հանդիպումը՝ միջազգայանգետը գտավ, որ եթե այդ հանդիպումներում լուծումներ չգտնվեն՝ բախումն անխուսափելի կլինի:
