Երեւան-Սեւան-Դիլիջան մայրուղին երկկողմանի փակ է եղել մարտի 23-ի կեսօրվանից մինչեւ մարտի 24-ի ժամը 04:00-ն։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սեմյոնովկա համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար Դավիթ Մնացականյանը, բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնողների կողմից ճանապարհը բացվել է միայն իշխանության պատկան մարմինների հետ տեղի ունեցած բանակցություններից հետո։ «Պայմանավորվել ենք ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի, տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի հետ, որ մարտի 24-ի ժամը 14:00-ին մեզ մոտ հատուկ քննարկում է տեղի ունենալու նույն կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ։ Հուսով, եմ, որ կգտնվի որեւէ հանգուցալուծում»,-ներկայացրեց Դավիթ Մնացականյանը։

Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում Սեւան խոշորացված համայնքի կազմում ընդգրկված Ծովագյուղ եւ Սեմյոնովկա համայնքների բնակիչները քվեարկության չեն մասնակցել՝ դրանով արտահայտելով իրենց անհամաձայնությունը համայնքների միավորման քաղաքականությանը եւ գործընթացներին։ Իսկ մարտի 23-ին նրանք իրականացրել են բողոքի ակցիա՝ երկկողմանի փակելով Երեւան-Սեւան-Դիլիջան մայրուղին։ Ճանապարհը փակ է մնացել մոտ 16 ժամ։
