«Զորքերը հայելային հետ քաշելու» Կառավարության առաջարկը կործանարար է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի անվտանգության համար: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Օբյեկտիվ ապացույցը ադրբեջանական վերջին անօրինական արարքներն ու ներխուժումներն են Արցախում (Փառուխ, Խրամորթ, Քարագլուխ), որոնք «զորքերի հայելային հետքաշման» Կառավարության առաջ բերած գաղափարի արդյունք են:

Այս գաղափարը դատապարտելի կերպով բերվեց հանրային տիրույթ, գովազդվեց և դարձավ արբեջանանական շահերին ձեռնտու օրակարգի մաս:

Հետևողականորեն զրոյացվում են մեր գյուղերի մոտից ու համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներից ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներին հեռացնելու հնարավորությունները` անվտանգությունը մարդուց ու նրա իրավունքներից կտրելով և ամեն ինչ մտցնելով ռազմաքաղաքական տանիքի տակ:

Վիճակն ավելի վատացրին ու շարունակում են վատացնել ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան ղեկավար պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք իրենց անպատասխանատու, քաղաքական շահերով պայմանավորված հայտարարություններով ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին տվեցին զորքերն ամրացնելու հիմքեր, սեփական քաղաքական շահերի համար անում եմ տարածքային իրավազորությունը Ադրբեջանին զիջող պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ՝ անտեսելով Հայաստանի ու Արցախի բնակչության անվտանգությունը, կյանքի և մյուս իրավունքները:

Այս կերպ նաև խոցելի դարձվեցին մեր Զինված ուժերի, Սահմանապահ զորքերի և մյուս ծառայողների կյանքն ու առողջությունը։

Այսքանից հետո արվում են հայտարարություններ, թե ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներին հեռացնելը անիրատեսական խնդիր է ու դա գցում են միջազգային ասպարզեզ:

Զուգահեռ, ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերն անպատժելիության մթնոլորտում շարունակում են հանցավոր արարքները՝ մեր գյուղերի վրա կրակոցներից մինչև հողատարածքների ու տների անօրինական զավթումներ՝ դիտավորությամբ անհնարինության վերածելով մարդկանց կյանքը: Չի նվազել հայատյացության պետական հովանավորությունը:

Կառավարությունն ինքը խոսափում է հասարակությանը բացատրություններ տալուց. մինչև ու՞ր և որքա՞ն են հետ քաշվելու մեր զորքերը, ի՞նչ նկատի ունեն «զորքեր» ասելով, ու՞մ հույսին են մնալու սահմանային բնակավայրերը, ի՞նչ սկզբունքով է սահմանային բնակավայրերում դիտորդություն իրականացվելու կամ արդյոք իրականացվելու է և այլն: Արդյոք «հայելային հետքաշումը» վերաբերում է միայն ադրբեջանական ներխուժումներին Գեղարքունիքում, Սյունիքում, թե նաև մյուս բնակավայրերին: Եթե վերաբերում է միայն ներխուժումներին, ապա ի՞նչ լուծումներ են լինելու մյուս վայրերում մարդկանց անվտանգության, սեփականության ու այլ իրավունքների համար և այլն: Սա Կառավարության դատապարտելի պահվածք է:

Ընդ որում, անորոշություն է տիրում ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, Արցախում ու Սփյուռքում, այլ նաև միջազգային ասպարեզում:

Ուստի, «զորքերի հայելային հետքաշումը» միայն քաղաքական գաղափար է, զուրկ է մասնագիտական հիմքերից և առկա վիճակում իրական սպառնալիք է մեր Հայրենիքի, մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի անվտանգության ու կենսական իրավունքների համար:
