ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Սյունիք

Ապրիլի 11-ին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը՝ Պաշտպան Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ, ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի կազմակերպած համատեղ այցի շրջանակներում մեկնել է Սյունիք։

Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ից, այցին մասնակցել են Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգողի պաշտոնակատար Լիլա Փիթերս Յահիան, ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Անդրեա Վիկտորինը և ՀՀ-ում Լիտվայի դեսպան Ինգա Ստանիտե-Տոլոչկիենեն։

Այցը մեկնարկել է համատեղ պատվիրակության՝ Կապանի Կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոն ու կենտրոնի սոցիալական ձեռնարկություն այցով, որտեղ հանդիպել են Կապանի, Մեղրիի «ՎԻՆՆԵԹ Հայաստան» կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոնների ցանցի ներկայացուցիչներին և ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հումանիտար ծրագրի՝ Արցախից տեղահանված շահառուներին։

«Պիտի ասեմ, որ որպես Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան, իմ ամենակարևոր հինգ առաջնահերթություններից մեկը կանանց տնտեսական, քաղաքական հզորացումն է։ Մեր բնակչության կեսից ավելին կանայք են, բայց երբ նայում ենք, թե ինչպես ենք օգտագործում նրանց ներուժը, հասկանում ենք, որ դեռ երկար ճանապարհ ունենք անցնելու»,- նշել է ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը:

ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Ծովինար Հարությունյանը, ով նաև «ՎԻՆՆԵԹ Հայաստան» կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոնների ցանցի ստեղծման առաջին աջակիցներից է, ներկայացրել է հյուրերին ու ցանցի անդամներին և նշել, որ ցանցի փորձը ճանաչվել է լավագույնը։

Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Ն.Գ. տկն. Անդրեա Վիկտորինը, դիմելով ներկա կանանց, ասել է, որ հասկանում է այն դժվարությունները, որոնց նրանք բախվել և բախվում են.

«Մենք այստեղ ենք ձեզ լսելու համար, հասկանալու համար ձեր դրությունը, և թե ինչ կարող ենք անել ավելի լավ համագործակցելու համար»։

Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգողի պաշտոնակատար Լիլա Փիթրս Յահիայի համար սա առաջին այցն էր Հայաստանի մարզեր։ Մշտական համակարգողի պաշտոնակատարը նշել է, որ իրենք հետաքրքրությամբ կլսեն նաև կանանց առաջարկած լուծումները և թե ինչպես կարող են միասին, հիմնվելով այդ առաջարկվող լուծումների վրա, աշխատանքը մղել առաջ։ Տիկին Փիթրս Յահիան շեշտել է, որ կանանց հզորացումը ՄԱԿ-ի գերակա ուղղություններից մեկն է։

Հայաստանում Լիտվայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ն.Գ. Տիկին Ինգա Ստանիտե-Տոլոչկիենեն ասել է, որ Լիտվայի դեսպանությունը Սյունիքում խթանում է վերականգնվող էներգիայի կիրառումը, բայց նաև, որպես հատուկ ուղղություն, աշխատում է կանանց հզորացման համար։

Կապանի, Մեղրիի Կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոնների ներկայացուցիչները խոսել են իրենց կենտրոնների անցած ճանապարհի, կատարած աշխատանքի, ծրագրերի ու ներկայիս գլխավոր մարտահրավերների մասին և կիսվել իրենց կողմից առաջարկվող հնարավոր լուծումներով։

Հանդիպման վերջում մտերմիկ քննարկում է անցկացվել կենտրոնների ներկայացուցիչների ու շահառու կանանց հետ։

Այցը կշարունակվի Կապանի ՄԻՊ գրասենյակում ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմամբ, այնուհետև՝ պատվիրակությունը կմեկնի Գորիս։
