««Շուշիի հարց չի եղել։ Հոկտեմբերի 19-20-ին առաջարկել եմ Փաշինյանին դադարեցնել պատերազմը, Շուշին պետք է մնար հայկական վերահսկողության տակ։ Սակայն զարմանալիորեն մեր ամերիկացի…հայ գործընկերները մերժեցին առաջարկս»։

Պահանջում եմ, որ Պուտինի ներկայությամբ նշի, որ պատերազմը Շուշիի համար է եղել ու մինչեւ Շուշին ադրբեջանցիներինը չլիներ պատերազմը չէր դադարելու։ 
 
Այսինքն ասի, որ ինքը 2022-ի ապրիլի 14-ին ԱԺ-ում ճիշտ էր խոսում, իսկ Պուտինը 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 17-ին՝ ոչ։
Կարճ ու կոնկրետ։
Եթե չի անելու դա, ուրեմն հերթական անգամ վերահաստատելու է, որ սուտ է խոսել, պատերազմը միտումնավոր չի դադարեցրել, Շուշին հանձնել է ու հազարավոր նահատակների պատճառ դարձել։
 
ԱԺ-ում սուտ վկայություն տալու փոխարեն՝ Մոսկվայում Պուտինի ներկայությամբ ու հրապարակային կրկնի այն, ինչ ասել ես Շուշիի ու պատերազմը դադարեցնելու մասին ապրիլի 14-ին։
