Աշխարհը պետք է իմանա, որ խաղաղության տխրահռչակ օրակարգից բացի մեզ համար ազգային արժանապատվության կարմիր գծեր կան: Այս մասին գրել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի տարածաշրջանային եւ եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերով մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, «Հայաստան» խորհրդարանական խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Գեւորգյանը:

«Ինչի մասին պետք է մենք խոսենք արտաքին աշխարհի հետ:

Երեք թեմա, որոնք երկրներն այսօր ակնհայտորեն առաջ են քաշում արտաքին հարաբերություններում. խաղաղության օրակարգը տարածաշրջանում, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ժողովրդավարական բնույթը եւ ընդդիմություն-ռեւվանշիստները:

Նախապատերազմական Հայաստանի այսպես կոչված՝ ժողովրդավարական բնույթը չի կանգնեցրել ավտորիտար Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան եւ չի կանխել հազարավոր մարդկանց մահը: Արդյո՞ք հետպատերազմական Հայաստանի այսպես կոչված՝ ժողովրդավարական բնույթը նոր, ավելի գլոբալ ազգային աղետի պատճառ կդառնա:

Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական կերպարն անհրաժեշտ է առավելագույնս օրինականացնելու համար բոլոր ապագա հակահայկական որոշումները, որոնք իրենց էությամբ ուղղված են Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելուն եւ Թուրքիայի դիրքերի ուժեղացմանը: Իսկ երկրի ներսում ավտորիտարիզմի ամրապնդման վրա աչք կփակեն, որպեսզի գործող իշխանությունները կարողանան ապահովել ընդունված հակահայկական որոշումների իրականացումը:

Միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է տեսնի եւ լսի, որ Հայաստանում կան մարդիկ, որոնք այլ կերպ են ընկալում հետպատերազմական իրականությունը եւ տարածաշրջանում համագործակցություն ու երկխոսություն հաստատելու եղանակները: Եվ դա ռեւանշիզմ չէ, այլ ձգտում՝ վերականգնելու եւ պահպանելու ազգային արժանապատվությունը:

Երկրի սահմաններից այն կողմ մեզ ասում են. ե՛ւ Հայաստանը, ե՛ւ Ադրբեջանը խոսում են խաղաղության, նոր հնարավորությունների մասին, եւ մենք չենք կարող չաջակցել այդ երկխոսությանը: Այդ գործընթացի անտեսանելի մասում ակնհայտ են հակառուսական շարժառիթները:
