Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Շուշին այս պահին օկուպացված է, մենք այնուամենայնիվ, նշում ենք եռատոնը, որովհետեւ պատմական իրողությունները, որոնք արդեն իսկ տեղի են ունեցել, դրանք մեզ համար տոներ են, այդ թվում Շուշիի ազատագրումը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 9-ին, Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը:

Անդրադառնալով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, թե միջազգային հանրությունը ճնշում է, որպեսզի Արցախի կարգավիճակի նշաձողն իջեցվի, նաեւ ասել է, որ Շուշին դժգույն քաղաք է, Քյարամյանն ասաց. «Ես պետք է խնդրեմ, որ Քննչական կոմիտեի գործունեության հետ կապված ինձ հարցեր տաք, իսկ ձեր նշած բոլոր հարցերին քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը հստակ պատասխանել է: Ես նաեւ պետք է խնդրեմ, որ մանիպուլատիվ  բնույթի հարցադրումներ կապված մեր հայրենիքի, մեր Արցախի հետ չհնչեցնել»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է 44-օրյա պատերազմի վերաբերյալ հարուցված քրեական գործում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու պահանջներին, Քյարամյանն ասաց. «Այդ գործը կարճ ժամանակ առաջ դատախազության մոտեցմամբ տեղափոխվել է քննչական կոմիտե, ընդունվել է վարույթ, այժմ զինվորական քննչական վարչությունում ծանոթանում են գործին: Պետք է ծանոթանանք, ըստ այդմ, գործի քննությունը կընթանա: Այս պահին գործի հետ կապված ոչինչ չեմ կարող ասել, որովհետեւ նոր ենք վարույթ ընդունել եւ դեռ ծանոթացման փուլում է գտնվում գործը»:

Հարցին, թե ճիշտ չէ՞ «կարող էինք կանխել պատերազմը, կունենայինք այս վիճակը, բայց առանց զոհերի» արտահայտության համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկատմամբ գործ հարուցել ու իրեն կանչել հարցաքննության, ՔԿ ղեկավարն արձագանքեց. «Գործը պետք է քննվի օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ եւ բազմակողմանի: Քննության ընթացքում պետք է պարզաբանվեն բոլոր պարզաբանման ենթակա հանգամանքները: Այս պահին ավել բան չեմ կարող ասել»:
