ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի կարևորագույն պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող տվյալ անձը, այլոց վիշտն իր վերադասին շողոքորթելու պատրվակի վերածելուց առաջ, գոնե պետք է հիշեր, որ ընդամենը օրեր առաջ ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալը հայտարարեց, որ վարչապետը վրաերթի վայրի մոտով անցնելիս նկատելով ընկած կնոջը՝ հանձնարարել է շտապօգնություն կանչել։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ողբերգական վրաերթի զոհ դարձած  Սոնա Մնացականյանի  իրավահաջորդի շահերի ներկայացուցիչ Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը: 

«ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանը երեկ, խոսելով Սոնա Մնացականյանի վրաերթի մասին, հայտարարել է, որ իր տեղեկություններով վարչապետը տեղեկացված չի եղել, թե ինչ է կատարվել, հակառակ դեպքում՝ կկանգնեցներ ավտոշարասյունը և կմոտենար տուժածին։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ որևէ աղերս չունեցող և բացառապես իշխանության քաղաքական նպատակահարմարությունների արտահայտման խոսափող հանդիսացող սույն պաշտոնյային հորդորում ենք զերծ մնալ Սոնա Մնացականյանի և նրա ընտանիքի հետ տեղի ունեցած դժբախտությունը իր քաղաքական ուժին ծառայելու գործիք դարձնելուց։

Ավելին, ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի այդպիսի դատողությունները չեն բխում նաև քրեական գործի փաստական տվյալներից, ուստի տպավորություն է ձևավորվում, որ որոշ պաշտոնատար անձանց այդպիսի սանձարձակ քաղաքական վարքագծի դրսևորմանը նպաստող պայման է հանդիսանում տուժողի հարազատների կողմից դեպքը չքաղաքականցնելու ձգտումը»,- գրել է նա։
