Եղիպատրուշում լեռնադահուկային համալիր կկառուցվի․ նախագծումն ավարտական փուլում է

Արագածոտնի մարզի Ապարան համայնքի Եղիպատրուշ գյուղում «Մայլեռ Մաունթայն Ռեզորթ» լեռնադահուկային համալիրի նախագծումն ավարտական փուլում է։  Հանգստի գոտու նախագիծը և կոնցեպտը վստահվել է  ոլորտում առաջատար «Էկոսայն» ընկերությանը:

«Մայլեռ Մաունթայն Ռեզորթ» նախագծի հիմնադիր Տիգրան Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ նախագծի գլխավոր պլանն արդեն ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ է:  «Մենք արդեն աշխատում ենք կոնկրետ հիմնական մաստերպլանի յուրաքանչյուր հատվածում: Խոսքը վերաբերվում է հյուրանոցային համալիրներին, սրճարաններին, ռեստորաններին, ճոպանուղիներին: Այս պահին ճոպանուղիների նախագծման աշխատանքներն են տեղի ունենում»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ «Էկոսայն»-ի հետ աշխատելը շատ փորձ և գիտելիք է տվել:

«Էկոսայն» ընկերության նախագահ Ռայլի Տիսսենը նշեց, որ նախագիծը 20 տարվա է,  որը մշակել են արևմտյան դասական ամերիկյան  համալիրի հետիոտնային գյուղակի կոնցեպտով, բայց այն ունի նաև  եվրոպական համալիրներին բնորոշ առանձնահատկություններ: «Կոնցեպտը ավարտին ենք հասցրել: Այս փուլում հետևում ենք կառուցման ընթացքին: Կասկած չկա, որ բնության գեղեցկությունը և լեռներն ու հարթավայրերը կգրավեն մարդկանց աշխարհի բոլոր անկյուններից»,-ասաց նա:

«Էկոսայն» ընկերության փոխնախագահ Էրիկ Քելենդերն էլ հավելեց, որ իրենք օրեր  շարունակ ճանապարհորդել են ուղղաթիռով և քարտեզագրումներ իրականացրել: «Մեզ հաջողվել է բացահայտել այս լեռնային տարածքը, որն իդեալական է: Այն մոտ է մայրաքաղաքին և ունի յուրահատուկ տեսարան: Այս պահին դիզայնի վերջնական փուլում ենք»,-նշեց Քելենդերը:

«Մայլեռ Մաունթայն Ռեզորթ» լեռնադահուկային համալիրի ներդրումային ծրագիրն իրականացվում է մի քանի փուլով:Առաջին փուլի աշխատանքները կավարտվեն 2023 թվականի  ձմռանը: Այս տարի նախատեսվում է գործարկել ճոպանուղիներից մեկը, հաջորդ տարի՝ ևս երկուսը: Ամբողջական նախագիծը կյանքի կկոչվի մինչև 2035 թվականը:

«Մայլեռ Մաունթայն Ռեզորթ» լեռնադահուկային համալիրի ներառելու է ակտիվություններ տարվա չորս եղանակների համար: Այն իր շուրջը կհամախմբի լեռնադահուկորդների, ակտիվ ժամանցի սիրահարների ինչպես Հայաստանից, այնպես էլ ամբողջ աշխարհից:
