Հայաստանում Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո շատ էր խոսվում այն մասին, որ երկրի ղեկավարի մտերիմները այլևս պետական պաշտոններ չեն զբաղեցնելու, նրանց տարատեսակ արտոնություններ չեն տրվելու: Պետք է փաստենք, որ այդ երևույթը առկա էր նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք, և դրանից անմասն չեն մնացել նաև հեղափոխական իշխանությունները: Թե՛ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, թե՛ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դասավորել են իրենց ընկերներին պետական պաշտոնների:

Դիցուք՝ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ նշանակված Վրեժ Արզումանյանը Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ խնամիական կապ ուներ։ Հեղափոխությունից հետո պարզվեց, որ պետությունից հարկեր է թաքցրել «Էլիտ Գրուպ»-ի սեփականատեր Արամ Մկոյանը, ով  հանդիսանում է նախկին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մտերիմը: Ֆինանսների նախարարության նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչության պետ, ապա Բագրատաշենի զննման վարչության պետ Վահրամ Գյուրողլյանը նույնպես Սերժ Սարգսյանի մերձավորն էր: Թեղուտի հանքը շահագործելու իրավունք ստացած «Վալլեքս» խմբի գործադիր տնօրենը Վալերի Մեջլումյանը նույնպես Սերժ Սարգսյանի մտերիմ ընկերներից մեկն էր: Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբայրը՝ Լևոն Սարգսյանը, զբաղեցնում էր հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպանի պաշտոնը:  Սերժ Սարգսյանի մանկության ընկեր Միխայիլ Հարությունյանը, ում պատկանում է «Սեքյուրիթի Դրիմ» ընկերությունը և ում անվանում էին Երեւանի գլխավոր «պարկովչիկը» նաև ԴԱՀԿ նախկին ղեկավար Միհրան Պողոսյանի քեռին է: Հարությունյանին էր հանձնված արագաչափերի գերշահութաբեր բիզնեսը: Իրանում ՀՀ դեսպանի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Արտաշես Թումանյանը նույնպես Սերժ Սարգսյանի մանկության ընկերն էր:

Վարչապետ ընտրված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա քաղաքական թիմի ներկայացուցիչները կառավարությունում սկսեցին տեղավորել իրենց ընտանիքի անդամներին, բարեկամներին, իրենց հետ քայլածներին, ընկերներին, ծանոթներին, սանիկներին և կնքահայրերին։ Հատկապես այս առումով զարմացնում է ինքը` Փաշինյանը, ով ամենասուր քննադատությանն էր արժանացնում ընկերներին պաշտոններ բաշխելը: Սակայն, ունենք իրավիճակ, երբ նրա քավորը՝ Հայկ Ղալումյանը, զբաղեցնում է Տավուշի մարզպետի պաշտոնը: Հայկ Ղալումյանի եղբայրը՝ Վահե Ղալումյանը, նույնպես Փաշինյանի մանկության ընկերն է, որը պատգամավորական մանդատ է ստացել «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքից, Փաշինյանի դասընկերուհի Մանե Ղազումյանը նշանակվել է Տավուշի մարզի կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար։ Հայկ Ղալումյանը նաև անում էր ամեն հնարավորն ու անհնարինը, որպեսզի ԵՊՀ Իջևանի մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն նշանակվի իր ընկերը՝ շարքային դասախոս Հայկ Քամալյանը: «Ռաշն Վոյաժ» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Վահագն Ղալումյանը, որը, կեղծելով բանկային երաշխիքը, մասնակցել է բազմաբնակարան շենքերի մուտքերի վերանորոգման մրցույթին, Հայկ Ղալումյանի հեռավոր բարեկամն է:  Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մանկության ընկեր Սարմեն Ամիրյանը նշանակվել է Իջևանի սպորտդպրոցի տնօրեն: Դե իսկ համադասարանցին էլ, ինչպես գիտենք, զբաղեցնում է ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնը:

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ այս հարցում ևս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչնչով չի զիջում, իսկ գուցե նաև գերազանցում է Սերժ Սարգսյանին:
