Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամն (FPWC) ահազանգում է, որ մարդ-արջ կոնֆլիկտը ահագնանում է Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում։ Խնդիրը հատկապես ակնհայտ է Վայոց ձորի մարզում, և այս մասին փաստում են բազմաթիվ ահազանգերը ինչպես հիմնադրամի գրասենյակ, այնպես էլ՝ այլ պատկան մարմինները։
Մասնավորապես, առկա են փաստը վկայող թակարդ-տեսախցիկների նկարահանումներ, որոնք փաստել են արջերի աննախադեպ ակտիվացումը հատկապես տվյալ տարածքում։
«Հաշվի առնելով առկա խնդիրները՝ Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամն առաջարկում է ստեղծել արագ արձագանքման խումբ՝ կազմված ԱԻՆ աշխատակիցներից, Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ներկայացուցիչներից, Վայոց ձորի մարզպետարանի Գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության ներկայացուցչից և Կովկասյան կենսաբազմազանության ապաստարանի անտառապահներից։ Արագ արձագանքման խումբը պատասխանատու կլինի հնարավորինս արագ հասնելու դեպքի վայր, արձանագրելու և փաստագրելու տեղում հարձակման դեպքերը և հաշվետու կլինի պատկան մարմիններին։ Մենք լիահույս ենք, որ նմանատիպ համագործակցությունը կնպաստի մարդ- արջ կոնֆլիկտի մեղմանը Վայոց ձորի մարզում»,-նշում է Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանը։
Հիմնադրամն իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել աջակցելու կոնֆլիկտի ուսումնասիրմանը, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կոնֆլիկտային վարք ցուցաբերող առանձնյակներին բռնելու և ապաստարան տրամադրելու հարցում, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսապես աջակցելու Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությանը Հայաստանում արջերի թվաքանակի և տարածվածության ուսումնասիրությունների իրականացմանը՝ International Animal Rescue-ի և FPWC-ի միջոցներով։
ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության կողմից առաջարկվել է հարցի շուրջ հանդիպում կազմակերպել։ Հիմնադրամը դեռ սպասում է Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության արձագանքին։
Նշենք, որ հիմնադրամը 2016 թ․ ստեղծել է Վայրի կենդանիների փրկարար կենտրոն, տարիներ շարունակ զբաղվում է արջերի փրկությամբ։ Հիմնադրամը մեծ փորձ ունի ոչ միայն անազատության մեջ գտնվող արջերի, այլև բնության մեջ թակարդում հայտնված արջերի փրկության գործում։ Բացի այդ, հիմնադրամը մարդ-արջ կոնֆլիկտը մեղմելու համար նվիրաբերել է էլեկտրական հովիվներ Վայոց ձորի մարզի խոցելի համայնքներին։ Այս փաստերը ևս մեծացնում են կարևորությունը ուշադրությունը սևեռելու Վայոց ձորի մարզում մարդ-արջ կոնֆլիկտի ուսումնասիրության վրա։
