ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը Մինսկում հանդիպում է ունեցել Բելառուսի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Անդրեյ Շվեդի հետ, այս մասին տեղեկացրել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը: 

Արթուր Դավթյանը նախ շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար և շնորհավորել իր գործընկերոջը Բելառուսի դատախազության համակարգի 100-ամյա տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ: Նա նշել է, որ ՀՀ դատախազությունն էլ շուտով բոլորում է 104-ամյակը, և նման պատկառելի կենսագրությունը երկու երկրների պարագայում էլ խոսում է դատախազությունների՝ որպես պետականության պահպանության, օրենքին և հասարակությանը ծառայելու ակունքներում կանգնած կայացած համակարգեր լինելու մասին:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը բարձր է գնահատել իրավական ոլորտում իրենց ղեկավարած գերատեսչությունների համագործակցության մակարդակն ու արդյունքները, որոնց շարունակում է նպաստել 2005թ. Մինսկում ստորագրված՝ Հայաստանի և Բելառուսի գլխավոր դատախազությունների միջև համագործակցության համաձայնագրի կենսագործումը:

Բելառուսի գլխավոր դատախազը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ բարեմաղթանքների համար: Նա վստահություն է հայտնել, որ Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաքում անցկացվող Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության անդամ երկրների գլխավոր դատախազների համակարգող խորհրդի հերթական նիստը կամրապնդի ԱՊՀ գոտում հանցավորության զսպման և հակազդման ոլորտում անդամ երկրների գործակցությունը, կնպաստի փորձի փոխանակմամբ և նոր անելիքների նախանշմամբ անվտանգության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտներում ի հատ եկող ընդհանուր մարտահրավերներին համատեղ ուժերով առավել արդյունավետ դիմակայելու գործին:

 Կողմերն ընդգծել են հատկապես քրեական գործերով իրավական փոխօգնության ոլորտում դատախազությունների սերտ գործակցության բարձր արդյունավետությունը, քննարկել են երկու երկրների դատախազությունների ներուժի զարգացմանն ուղղված լրացուցիչ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր:
