«Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացրել ԱԺ Ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահի պաշտոնից։ Այս մասին հայտնում են «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից։

Արթուր Խաչատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում այդ թեմայով գրել է․

«Այսօր ՔՊ-ականները հերթական հարվածը հասցրին հայկական պառլամենտարիզմին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական ինստիտուտներին և հայոց պետականության։ Խորհրդարանի ՔՊական մեծամասնությունը ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանին և ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանին պաշտոններից հետ կանչելու որոշումներ ընդունեց։ Որոշումներն ընդունվեցին միաձայն՝ Սովետական Միության ամենանողկալի ավանդույթներին համահունչ։

Այսօր, երբ մեր հայրենիքը կանգնած է իր մի հատվածը կորցնելու վտանգի առաջ, երբ հայոց պետականության ինքնիշխանության ոչնչացման ռեալ վտանգ կա, երբ ոսոխը մեզ շարունակում է պատերազմով սպառնալ, ՔՊականների միակ հոգսն իրենց աթոռներն են։ Թող մեզ իրենց արշինով չչափեն։ Թող հույս չունենան, որ մեր ընկերներին պաշտոնից, իսկ շատերին նաև ազատությունից, զրկելով նրանք կկասեցնեն մեր պայքարը։ Սա հայ ազգի գոյության, հայոց պետականության համար պայքար է, այլ ոչ թե պաշտոնի ու պարգևավճարների։

Որևէ պաշտոնի, որ երբևիցե զբաղեցրել եմ, վերաբերվել եմ ամենայն լրջությամբ, բարեխղճությամբ ու պատասխանատվությամբ՝ ներդնելով ամբող գիտելիքներս ու եռանդս։ Սակայն, քաղաքական այս տրագիկոմիկ իրավիճակում քաղաքական պաշտոն զբաղեցնելն այլևս անթույլատրելի եմ համարում։ Ըստ այդմ, սույնով հայտարարում եմ, որ այսօրվանից վայր եմ դնում ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնը»:
