Այսօր քաղաքական իշխանությունը կայացրեց որոշում՝ ընդդիմադիրներին ԱԺ վարչական պաշտոններից զրկելու վերաբերյալ։ Ինչպես երեկ հայտարարել էի, սա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար էր ընդդիմադիր գործիչների նկատմամբ, որի առնչությամբ շարունակաբար միջազգային աղմուկ եմ բարձրացնելու: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, անկուսակցական Թագուհի Թովմասյանը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Ի համերաշխություն Իշխան Սաղաթելյանի և Վահե Հակոբյանի՝ մյուս մեր գործընկերները ևս հրաժարվեցին իրենց վարչական պաշտոններից:

Ես երկար ծանրութեթև արեցի որոշումս կայացնելուց առաջ: Եւ պետք է մի քանի արձանագրում անեմ.

-️ Եթե գործընկերային համերաշխության մասին էր խոսքը, ապա պետք է բոլորս գործընկերաբար Արթուր Վանեցյանից հետո հրաժարվեինք մեր պատգամավորական մանդատներից:

-Դեռ նախորդ տարի հայտարարել էի, որ բոլոր ընդդիմադիրներով պետք է վայր դնենք մանդատները՝ պայմանով, որ հաջորդներից էլ որևէ մեկը չի վերցնելու իրեն տրված մանդատը: Այսինքն՝ մանդատից երբեք կառչած չեմ եղել:

-️ Աժ պատգամավորի մանդատը, ինչպես հանձնաժողովի նախագահի կարգավիճակը, ընտրությունների միջոցով ժողովրդի կողմից տրված ժամանակավոր պատգամ է՝ ծառայելու քաղաքացուն:

-️ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը վարչական պաշտոն չէ, այլ առաքելություն, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի համար պայքարի լծակ:

-️ Կարծում եմ, որ այս փուլում, հատկապես երբ որոշվում է Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների ճակատագիրը, երբ Արցախի  Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության   քաղաքացիների իրավունքների խախտումների լրջագույն խնդիրներ են արձանագրվում, գործ անելու կարիք կա:

-️Ստեղծված իրավիճակում, երբ մեկ անգամ չէ, որ բարձրաձայնել եմ այն ահազանգերի մասին, որ Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը առնչվող բոլոր ոլորտները ըստ էության գտնվում են իշխող կուսակցության ամբողջական վերահսկողության տակ (դատարաններ, քննչական մարմիններ, դատախազություն և այլն), ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը՝ որպես առաքելություն, մնացել է այն առանցքային օղակներից մեկը, որը զբաղվում է նաև իշխանության տեսակետները բազմաթիվ հարցերում չկիսող մեր հասարակության մի ստվար զանգվածի իրավունքների խախտման հարցերով: Եվ ճիշտ չէ հասարակության այդ ստվար զանգվածին զրկել այս կարևոր օղակից, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս այս ծանր իրավիճակում շարունակաբար և հետևողականորեն զբաղվել մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ։

Ուստի ստեղծված իրավիճակում համաձայն լինելով ընդդիմադիր գործընկերներիս բարձրաձայնումներին՝ առկա վտանգների, սպառնալիքների և մարտահրավերների վերաբերյալ, որոնց առջև կանգնած է մեր երկիրը, այդ թվում նաև դրանց դիմակայելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով՝

Որոշել եմ շարունակել իմ գործունեությունը՝ որպես ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի ԱՆԿՈՒՍԱԿՑԱԿԱՆ, ԱՆԿԱԽ  նախագահ:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը ապակուսակցական առաքելություն է:
