Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հրամանագրերով Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Սամվել Հայրապետյանին շնորհվել է գեներալ-մայորի զինվորական կոչում, Ոստիկանության պետի առաջին տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանին, շնորհվել Ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայորի կոչում, Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ, արդարադատության առաջին դասի խորհրդական Արգիշտի Քյարամյանին շնորհվել է արդարադատության երրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան, Հարկային ծառայության առաջին դասի ավագ խորհրդական Տիգրան Հարությունյանին շնորհվել է Հարկային ծառայության առաջին դասի պետական խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից: 

Նախագահ Վահագն խաչատուրյանը շնորհավորել է պաշտոնատար անձանց Սահմանադրության օրվա և բարձր կոչումներ ստանալու կապակցությամբ և մասնավորապես նշել.

«Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Սահմանադրության օրվա և բարձր կոչումներ ստանալու կապակցությամբ: Շատ խորհրդանշական է, որ Դուք հերթական դասային աստիճաններն ու կոչումները ստանում եք հենց այս տոնական օրը: Սահմանադրությունը ոչ միայն մեր երկրի մայր օրենքն է, այլև պետական ու հասարակական կյանքի կազմակերպման կարևորագույն հենքը:

Հենց Սահմանադրության շնորհիվ են պետական տարբեր մարմիններն ու իշխանության թևերը բնականոն գործունեություն ծավալում՝ ապահովելով իշխանության օրինակարգության ու քաղաքացիական ազատությունների ներդաշնակությունը:

Այսօր յուրաքանչյուրս մեր հնարավորությունների և գործառութային պարտականությունների սահմաններում հարկ է, որ գործենք Սահմանադրության ոգուն ու տառին համահունչ: Ցանկացած բարձր կոչում նախևառաջ պատասխանատվություն է մեր պետության ու քաղաքացիների առաջ և հավատացած եմ, որ Դուք պատվով և լիարժեքորեն կշարունակեք իրականացնել Ձեր ուսերին դրված առաքելությունը:

Բոլորիս միասնական ջանքով մենք պետք է ապահովենք մեր երկրի հանրային ու պետական կյանքի սահմանադրականությունը, որն այլընտրանք չունեցող ճանապարհ է, որը պետք է երաշխավորի մեր երկրի զարգացումն ու կայունությունը, և դառնա մեր քաղաքացիների բարեկեցության ու պաշտպանվածության գրավականը:
