ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը՝  Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորությամբ, կդիմի Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին մանդատներից զրկելու համար։ Ի դեպ, նախագծում չկան միայն Թագուհի Թովմասյանի եւ Իշխան Զաքարյանի անունները:  Թեմայի շուրջ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը զրուցեց ՀՀ  ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լիլիթ Գալստյանի հետ: 

«Մեզ համար մանդատներն ինքնանպատակ չեն,  որովհետև Հայաստանն այսօր աննախընթաց  և աննախադեպ  անվտանգային մարտահրավերներ է դիմագրավում,  ու մանդատը պետք է իսկապես օգտագործվեր Հայաստանի  գլխավոր քաղաքական հարթակում՝ խորհրդարանում,   քաղաքական երկխոսություն ծավալելու համար, բայց  քաղաքական մեծամասնության կողմից ամեն ինչ արվեց, որպեսզի քաղաքական երկխոսությունը ծավալվի խորհրդարանից դուրս՝ մերժելով մեր քաղաքական օրակարգերը,  նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք  շարքային չէին: Հանրությունը բազմից առիթ է ունեցել համոզվելու, որ  Աժ ընդդիմադիր  քաղաքական ուժերի՝ Արցախի անվտանգությանը, ինքնորոշմանը և Հայաստանի ճակատագրին, սահմանազատմանը, Շուշիի հռչակագրին վերաբերող  բոլոր ձևաչափերը՝ լսումներ, օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ, հայտարարությունների տեքստեր, խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը բոյկոտել է»,-իր խոսքում նշեց Լիլիթ Գալստյանը: 

Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք  իրենց անվստահությունն են հայտնել այսօրվա իշխանությանը, և  իշխանափոխությունը իրենց  համար մնում է քաղաքական օրակարգ:

Այն հարցին, թե ինչպես է, որ  Իշխան Զաքարյանը և Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ներառված չեն ՍԴ ներկայացվող որոշման մեջ,  նա կարճ պատասխանեց՝ նրանք ցանկալիների ցանկում են: 

«Այդ ցուցակում չհայտնված անուններ կան, որոնք նույնքան  և ավելի բացականեր ունեն». ,-ավելացրեց նա:
