«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«Սեւանա լիճն ունի բազմաթիվ պրոբլեմներ: Երբ վարչապետ ընտրվեցի, տեղեկացա, որ «Սեւան» ազգային պարկի տարածքները ինչ-որ պաշտոնյաների բաժան-բաժան են արված, ծիծաղելի գումարներով վարձակալության են տրված: Իմ առաջին հանձնարարականներից մեկն այն էր, որ տրամաբանական վարձավճարներ սահմանվեն: Սեւանա լիճը պետք է դարձնել բարձրակարգ տուրիստական գոտի: Առաջին պայմաններից մեկը Սեւանը այդ ցանցային ցանկապատերից ազատելն է: Մեկ էլ գնում ես, ափով քայլում ես, տեսնում ես՝ չափառ է դրված»,- դեռ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 29-ին՝ իր նախընտրական ելույթի ժամանակ, այսպիսի խոսքեր է հնչեցրել ՀՀ վարչապետ, ՔՊ ցուցակը գլխավորող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նրա այս հայտարարությունից գրեթե չորս տարի անց Սեւանը դեռ չի դարձել բարձրակարգ տուրիստական գոտի, Սեւանա լիճը չի ազատվել ցանցային ցանկապատերից։ Ավելին՝ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը Սեւանա լճի ափին՝ դեպի Շորժա տանող ճանապարհին, լուսանկարել է մի նոր շինություն, որը լայն թափով կառուցվում է: Նոր առանձնատունը ՀՀ նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի առանձնատան մերձակայքում է, այսինքն՝ ճիշտ այն հատվածում, որը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության նախարարներից մեկը՝ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը, փորձում էր ապամոնտաժել, ու այդպես էլ հաջողության չհասավ:

Ո՞ւմն է Սեւանա լճի ափին կառուցվող նոր շինությունը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն արդեն երկար ժամանակ է ՝ փորձում է պարզել, թե ով է այն մարդը, որի համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել է Սեւանա լիճը «չափառներից ազատելու» իր խոստումից:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանն ու «Սեւան» ազգային պարկի տնօրենի ժ/պ Կարեն Մնացականյանը խնամքով թաքցնում են, թե ով է կառուցում այդ գերշքեղ շինությունը: Ամեն դեպքում, պետք է արձանագրենք, որ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը եւ ««Սեւան» ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Մնացականյանը չեն կատարել եւ շրջանցել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարականը, օդում թողել Փաշինյանի նախընտրական խոստումը:

Ստացվում է՝ հերթական անգամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր հայտարարությամբ խաբել է ՀՀ հպարտ եւ արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներին»:
