Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը մտահոգված է իր քաղաքացիների անվտանգությամբ

Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում նշվում է, որ կամավորների են հավաքագրում արտակարգ իրավիճակներում ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիներին հայտնաբերելու, էվակուացնելու ու վնասվածքների մասին հաղորդումներ տալու համար։

Համայնքային կապի կամավորից պահանջվում է հասանելի դարձնել ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիների համար վարչական տեղեկատվությունները, ինֆորմացիա տրամադրել նաև նրանց թաղամասերում կատարվող իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ, արտակարգ իրավիճակներում օգնել անհետ կորած ամերիկացիներին կամ այցելել ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիերին բանտում, հիվանդանոցում և այլն։

Կամավորների աշխատանքի մեջ ներառվում են հետևյալ կետերը.

Համայնքային կամավորների տարածքում բնակվող ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիների հեռախոսահամարների և հասցեների (ներառյալ էլփոստի հասցեների) ցուցակի պատրաստում, թարմացում և պահպանում:

Աջակցել ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան Ամերիկայի քաղաքացիների սպասարկման բաժնին հավաքման վայրերի և շարժման ուղիների ընտրության հարցում:

Կամավորները կարող են նաև կատարել որոշ գործառույթներ դեսպանատան անունից՝ օգնելու դժվարության մեջ գտնվող ամերիկացիներին:

Օրինակ, եթե հյուպատոսական բաժինը հաղորդում է ստանում, որ մի ամերիկացի վիրավորվել է մայրաքաղաքից հեռու, ապա հյուպատոսական բաժինը կարող է խնդրել տարածքում գտնվող կամավորին այցելել հիվանդանոցում գտնվող վիրավորին և զեկուցել նրա վիճակի մասին:

Այսքանից հետո հարց է առաջանում․ ինչ վտանգների մասին է ակնարկում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը Հայաստանում, ինչ է հայտնի ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանատանը, որ այսքան մտահոգված են իրենց քաղաքացիների անվտանգությամբ։
