«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի գործադիր մարմինը, արդեն որերորդ դեպքն է, օրենք է ընդունում, հետո՝ ձեռքերը լվանում, կամ էլ վերջնաժամկետ է նշանակում, բայց չի հաշվարկում, թե այդ որոշումն ինչպես է կատարվելու եւ ինչ հետեւանքներ կարող է ունենալ: Օրինակները բազմաթիվ են՝ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակների վաճառքի արգելքը, սպանդանոցային պարտադիր մորթի մասին օրենքը, հանրային սննդի վայրեր, կինո, թատրոն մուտքը QR կոդերի հավաստման դեպքում: Կհիշեք՝ սպանդանոցային պարտադիր մորթին անցնելուն վերջնաժամկետ էր հայտարարվել, սակայն այն մի քանի անգամ հետաձգվեց, որովհետեւ սպանդանոցները չէին կառուցվել, եւ գործադիրը ստիպված եղավ մի քանի անգամ հետաձգել վերջնաժամկետը:
