Եթե ժամանակին ցավով արձանագրում էինք, թե Ղարաբաղը դուրս է մնացել հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցություններից, այսօր, կրկնակի տագնապով, փաստում ենք, որ Արցախի ճակատագրին վերաբերող մեծ խաղում, այսպես կոչված, «աութսայդերներ» են թե՛ Հայաստանը, թե՛ Ստեփանակերտը։ 

«Ժամանակին Արցախը բանակցությունների լիիրավ կողմ չէր միայն այնքանով, որ Արցախի Նախագահն ուղիղ բանակցություններ չէր վարում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ, սակայն հայկական կողմից պաշտոնական բանակցող Հայաստանի նախագահը մշտապես ոչ միայն տեղեկացրել, այլև համաձայնեցրել է իր մոտեցումներն Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ՝ մշտապես հայտարարելով, որ բանակցությունների արդյունքում համաձայնեցված մոտեցումների վերաբերյալ վերջնական որոշում պետք է կայացնի գլխավոր շահառուն՝ Արցախի ժողովուրդը»,- անդրադառնալով թեմային ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ ՍԴ աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար, Լեհաստանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան  Էդգար Ղազարյանը։

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ համանախագահների տարածաշրջանային այցելությունների ժամանակ, եռանախագահներն այցելել են նաև Ստեփանակերտ և ուղիղ շփումներ են ունեցել Արցախի նախագահի, խորհրդարանի ղեկավարի, արտաքին գործերի նախարարի, Պաշտպանության Բանակի հրամանատարի հետ և այլն։

«Հիմա ակնհայտորեն մենք կանգնած ենք այլ իրողությունների առջև․ փաստն այն է, որ Արցախի հարցում որևէ բանակցային գործընթաց չի ընթանում, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հրաժարվել են բանակցային կողմ լինելու իրենց առաքելությունից, իսկ Արցախի չճանաչված լինելու պարագայում որևէ մեկն Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ չի բանակցում։ Պատմության ընթացքում առաջին անգամ ստեղծվել է մի անհավատալի իրողություն, որ Արցախի հարցում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների մոտեցումները համընկնում են»,- ընդգծեց նախկին դեսպանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանը վաղուց դուրս է մնացել անգամ իրեն վերաբերող որոշումների ընդունման գործընթացին որևէ մասնակցություն ունենալուց։ 

Դիտարկմանը, թե վերջին օրերին շատ է շահարկվում ԼՂ-ում ՌԴ խաղաղապահների արդյունավետ գործունեության թեման, ինչի մասին գրեթե մեղադրական տոնով արտահայտվեց նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց․

«Ակնհայտ է, որ Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ավելի շուտ դրա հետևանքները, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են բարդել ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելության վրա։ Այս մոտեցումը ևս պրոադրբեջանական է, քանզի ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը ամենից շատ անհանգստացնում է Ադրբեջանին, նրանք ստիպված են եղել համաձայնել այդ առաքելության Արցախ մտնելու որոշման հետ և արդեն իսկ հայտարարել են, որ 2025 թվականին այդ առաքելության ժամկետը երկարացնելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա։ Հիմա Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, դժգոհելով խաղաղապահների գործունեության արդյունավետությունից, նպաստում են այդ թեզի զարգացմանը և խաղաղապահների Արցախից հեռանալուն, ինչը Արցախը հայաթափելու նպատակ է հետապնդում»։ 

Ըստ Էդգար Ղազարյանի, Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի, նոր ռազմական գործողությունների իրական և միակ պատասխանատուն Հայաստանի և Արցախի օրվա իշխանություններն են՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ։
